Time Devoted. Throughout the term of the Agreement, the Executive shall devote substantially all of the Executive's business time and attention to the business and affairs of the Company consistent with the Executive's senior executive position with the Company, except for reasonable vacations and except for illness or incapacity, but nothing in the Agreement shall preclude the Executive from engaging in personal business including as a member of the board of directors of related companies, charitable and community affairs, provided that such activities do not interfere with the regular performance of the Executive's duties and responsibilities under this Agreement.
Time Devoted. Throughout the Term of the Agreement, the Employee shall devote substantially all of the Employee's business time and attention to the business and affairs of the Company consistent with the Employee's position with the Company, except for reasonable vacations, illness or incapacity.

In the event Executive shall, at any time, not be on the Board of Directors of the Company and serving as Chairman of such Board, it shall be presumed (if Executive so elects) that the Executive has been terminated other than for cause and Executive shall have all of the rights specified in Section 6(h) of this Agreement just as if the Executive had been terminated "Without Cause."
Time Devoted. Employee will devote his or her full business time and energy to the business affairs and interests of Employer, and will use his or her best efforts and abilities to promote Employer's interests. Employee agrees that he or she will diligently endeavor to perform services contemplated by this Agreement in a manner consistent with his or her position and in accordance with the policies established by the Employer.
Time Devoted. During the period of his employment hereunder and except for illness, reasonable vacation periods and reasonable leaves of absence, the Employee shall devote substantially all of his business time, attention, skill and efforts in the faithful performance of his duties hereunder. However, the Employee may serve or continue to serve on the Boards of Directors of, and hold any other offices or positions in companies or organizations which, in the judgement of the Board of Directors of the Company, will not present any conflict of interest with the Company or materially affect the performance of the Employee's duties pursuant to this Agreement.

Time Devoted. During the Employment Term, Executive will devote such time and efforts as may be necessary or appropriate to fulfill his duties and responsibilities hereunder.
Time Devoted. The Manger shall devote such time to the business of the Company as, in the Manager’s sole discretion, the Manager deems to be necessary to conduct the Company’s affairs properly.
Time Devoted. Executive will devote his or her full business time and energy to the business affairs and interests of Employer, and will use his or her best efforts and abilities to promote Employer's interests. Executive agrees that he or she will diligently endeavor to perform services contemplated by this Agreement in a manner consistent with his or her position and in accordance with the policies established by the Employer. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Executive shall be entitled to serve as a member of the board of directors of a reasonable number of companies in which Internet Healthcare Group has invested and to (i) serve on the boards of directors of companies on which Executive serves as of the Operative Date, (ii) with the prior approval of the Board, serve on the boards of directors of a reasonable number of other companies, (iii) serve on civic or charitable boards and (iv) manage his personal and family investments, to the extent such activities do not materially interfere with the performance of his duties for the Company.
