Blanket Policies. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 6.03, any insurance which Lessee is required to obtain pursuant to this Section 6.03 may be carried under a “blanket” policy or policies covering other properties or liabilities of Lessee provided that such “blanket” policy or policies otherwise comply with the provisions of this Section 6.03.

Blanket Policies. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the Lessee's obligations to carry the insurance provided for herein may be brought within the coverage of a so-called blanket policy or policies of insurance carried and maintained by the Lessee and its Affiliates; provided, however, that the coverage afforded to the Lessor shall not be reduced or diminished or otherwise be different from that which would exist under a separate policy meeting all other requirements of this Lease by reason of the use of such blanket policy of insurance, and provided, further that the requirements of this Section 12.1 are otherwise satisfied.
Blanket Policies. Any insurance required hereunder may be supplied by means of a blanket or umbrella insurance policy.
Blanket Policies. The insurance coverage required under this Section 6.1 may be effected under a blanket policy or policies covering the Property and other properties and assets not constituting a part of the Property; provided that any such blanket policy shall specify, except in the case of public liability insurance, the portion of the total coverage of such policy that is allocated to the Property, and any sublimits in such blanket policy applicable to the Property, which amounts shall not be less than the amounts required pursuant to this Section 6.1 and which shall in any case comply in all other respects with the requirements of this Section 6.1. Upon Lender’s request, Borrower shall deliver to Lender an Officer’s Certificate setting forth (i) the number of properties covered by such policy, (ii) the location by city (if available, otherwise, county) and state of the properties, (iii) the average square footage of the properties (or the aggregate square footage), (iv) a brief description of the typical construction type included in the blanket policy and (v) such other information as Lender may reasonably request.
Blanket Policies. Nothing contained herein shall prevent Tenant from taking out insurance of the kind and in the amounts provided for herein under a blanket insurance policy or policies covering properties other than the Leased Premises, provided however, that any such policy or policies of blanket insurance (a) shall specify therein, or Tenant shall furnish Landlord with the written statement from the insurers under such policy or policies, specifying the amount of the total insurance allocated to the Leased Premises, which amounts shall not be less than the amounts required herein, and (b) amounts so specified shall be sufficient to prevent any of the insureds from being a co-insurer within the terms of the applicable policy or policies, and provided further, however, that any such policy or policies of blanket insurance shall, as to the Leased Premises, otherwise comply as to endorsements and coverage with the provisions herein.
Blanket Policies. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to prevent either party from satisfying its insurance obligations pursuant to this Agreement under a blanket policy or policies of insurance that meet or exceed the requirements of this Article.

Lender hereby confirms that it approves (i) the terms of the existing Property Insurance Sharing Agreement among Borrower and certain of its Affiliates, and (ii) that the Insurance Premiums are financed through one or more finance companies (individually and/or collectively, the “Blanket Insurance Premium Financing Arrangement”) to whom Borrower pays Borrower’s allocable share of the annual initial deposit and the monthly payments due for each blanket Policy to the applicable finance company (with respect to each blanket Policy, such monthly payment, together with one-twelfth (1/12th) of the allocable share of the annual initial deposit necessary to accumulate such allocable share for such Policy at least thirty (30) days prior to its due date, each, a “Financing Installment”).

Blanket Policies. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Section 10, Tenant’s obligation to carry insurance may be satisfied by coverage under a so-called “blanket policy” or policies of insurance; provided, however, that all insurance certificates provided by Tenant to Landlord pursuant to Section 10.1 above shall reflect that Tenant has been afforded coverage specifically with respect to the Premises. If Tenant elects to satisfy any of its insurance obligations with a blanket policy or policies, such blanket policies shall contain one or more specific endorsements that (a) name Landlord, First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc. (but only during such period of time as Landlord is an entity related to, or affiliated with, First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc.), and Landlord’s lender as an additional insureds, and (b) reference the Premises.
