AUTHORITY AND REPRESENTATIONS. The BPP enters into this contract under the authority granted to that Agency by the Constitution and laws of Texas. This contract is not within the purview of, nor is it controlled either by the Consulting Services Act, Section 2254.021 et seq. of the Government Code or the Professional Services Act, Section 2253.042 et seq. of the Government Code.

SRDSP has no power or authority, express or implied, to make any commitments or incur any obligations on behalf of Hydro Phi without the prior written authorization of Hydro Phi. SRDSP will make no warranties, representations, promises, or commitments regarding the Products and Services that are not pre-authorized in writing by Hydro Phi.
AUTHORITY AND REPRESENTATIONS. Sponsor shall have no power or authority, expressed or implied, to make any commitment or incur any obligations on behalf of SAGE. Sponsor shall not make any warranties, representations, promises, or commitments concerning the Sponsorship, the Event, or any other SAGE products or services.
AUTHORITY AND REPRESENTATIONS. The undersigned person is an authorized representative of the Grantee receiving the funds, and the representations and documentation provided in connection with the application and scope of work and this agreement are complete, true, and correct. Xxxxxxx attests that the representations made to the State in the project application continue to be true (or, if there have been any material changes, the State has been advised of such changes and has agreed in writing to those changes).
AUTHORITY AND REPRESENTATIONS. Each party represents to the other parties that such party has the full power, right and authority to make, execute and deliver this Agreement; and that such party has not assigned or hypothecated any of the claims which are herein released.

AUTHORITY AND REPRESENTATIONS. A. FOPG represents that it has the power to execute, deliver and carry out the terms and provisions of this Agreement applicable to it and has taken all necessary action to authorize the execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement, and that this Agreement constitutes the legal, valid and binding obligation of FOPG, subject, however, to the availability of funding.
AUTHORITY AND REPRESENTATIONS. Reseller is not authorized to act as an agent for, or legal representative of GTE, and does not have authority to assume or create any obligation on behalf of, in the name of, or that shall be binding upon GTE. With respect to this Agreement, Reseller shall not represent itself as anything other than a reseller of GTE as provided for herein and all sales by Reseller shall be in its own name and for its own account. No provision of this Agreement shall be construed as vesting in Reseller any control whatsoever in any Facilities or operations of GTE or its Affiliates or any other cellular carrier. Reseller shall not represent itself as a federal or state certified licensee for operation of CTS in the Territories.
