Disability Insurance. The Superintendent shall purchase long-term disability insurance from the school district’s carrier at his own expense. The Board will increase his salary by the amount of the premium cost.
Disability Insurance. The Board shall provide without cost to each employee a core disability plan in accordance and subject to the terms and benefits in effect in the insurance policy. The policy shall provide that if Employer fails to make a premium payment, Employee shall have the right in Employee's sole discretion to advance such funds as may be required to maintain the policy in force and shall thereafter be entitled to recover amounts paid from Employer.
