Grant of Option. The Corporation hereby grants to Optionee, as of the Grant Date, an option to purchase up to the number of Option Shares specified in the Grant Notice. The Option Shares shall be purchasable from time to time during the option term specified in Paragraph 2 at the Exercise Price.

Grant of Option. The Company hereby grants to the Optionee a non-qualified stock option under the Plan (the "Option") to purchase all or any part of an aggregate of the number of Shares set forth on the signature page to this Agreement on the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth. The Option shall NOT be treated as an incentive stock option under Section 422 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code").

In no event shall the Administrator, the Company or any Parent or Subsidiary or any of their respective employees or directors have any liability to Participant (or any other person) due to the failure of the Option to qualify for any reason as an ISO.
Grant of Option. The Company hereby grants to Optionee an option (this "OPTION") to purchase up to the total number of shares of Common Stock of the Company set forth above as Total Shares Subject to Option (collectively, the "SHARES") at the Exercise Price Per Share set forth above (the "EXERCISE PRICE"), subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Grant and the Plan.

Grant of Option. The Company from time to time may grant to the Participant the right and option to purchase all or any part of the number of Shares of the Company’s Common Stock (“Shares”) indicated in a Notice of Stock Option Grant issued to the Participant (such number being subject to adjustment as provided in Section 17 hereof) pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth herein (the "Option").
Grant of Option. The Company hereby grants to the Participant, as of the Grant Date specified above, a Non-Qualified Stock Option (this “Option”) to acquire from the Company at the Per Share Exercise Price specified above, the aggregate number of shares of Common Stock specified above (the “Option Shares”).
