Position and Duties of Employee. Employer hereby employs Employee in the initial capacity of Executive Vice President, Human Resources for Employer and Employee hereby accepts such position. In this position, Employee shall report to Employer’s Chief Executive Officer (the “Supervisor”). Employee agrees to diligently and faithfully perform such duties as may from time to time be assigned to Employee by the Supervisor, consistent with Employee’s position with Employer. Employee recognizes the necessity for established policies, practices and procedures pertaining to Employer’s business operations, and Employer’s right to change, revoke or supplement such policies, practices and procedures at any time, in Employer’s sole discretion. Employee agrees to comply with such policies, practices and procedures, including those contained in any manuals or handbooks, as may be amended from time to time in the sole discretion of Employer. Employee shall be based in Tempe, AZ but shall be required to travel to such locations as shall be required to fulfill the responsibilities of his/her position.

Employee agrees to diligently and faithfully perform such duties as may from time to time be assigned to Employee by Employer’s Chief Executive Officer or Employer’s Board of Directors (the “Board”), consistent with Employee’s position with Employer. Employee recognizes the necessity for established policies and procedures pertaining to Employer’s business operations, and Employer’s right to change, revoke or supplement such policies and procedures at any time, in Employer’s sole discretion. Employee agrees to comply with such policies and procedures, including those contained in any manuals or handbooks, as may be amended from time to time in the sole discretion of Employer.

Position and Duties of Employee. Employee shall be employed under this Agreement in the initial capacity of Employer's Senior Vice President, Operations. In this position, Employee initially shall report to Employer's Chief Executive Officer (the "Supervisor"). Employee agrees to diligently and faithfully perform such duties as may from time to time be assigned to Employee by the Supervisor (as may exist from time to time) (and to the extent, not then the Supervisor, Employer's Chief Executive Officer), consistent with Employee's position with Employer. Employee recognizes the necessity for established policies and procedures pertaining to Employer's business operations, and Employer’s right to change, revoke or supplement such policies and procedures at any time, in Employer's sole discretion. Employee agrees to comply with such policies and procedures, including those contained in any manuals or handbooks, as may be amended from time to time in the sole discretion of Employer. Employee shall be based in Tempe, Arizona but shall be required to travel to such locations as shall be required to fulfill the responsibilities of his position.
Position and Duties of Employee. Employee shall serve as President of T&C. Employee shall be responsible for meeting the Company’s performance criteria and business projections, and shall perform faithfully and diligently the duties and responsibilities of his position, including, without limitation, operational responsibility for Company business, including the oversight of sales, marketing, promotion, strategic planning and development. Employee further agrees to perform such duties as are reasonably designated by the person or persons to whom Employee reports or that are customarily associated with Employee’s position. During the term of this Agreement, Employee shall report to the Chairman and CEO of Encore Bank, Xxx X’Xxxxxxxx, or his successor, and any other persons designated by Encore Bank.
Position and Duties of Employee. Effective December 1, 2000, Xxxxxxx is retained by NSC in the position of President. Xxxxxxx will perform such duties as are assigned by the Chief Executive Officer or the Board of Directors consistent with that position, including, without limitation, development on behalf of NSC of quality patentable technology and products, and will devote his full knowledge, skills, attention, and efforts to the business of the Company.

Position and Duties of Employee. During the Term, Employee will serve as General Counsel and Secretary of Employer. During the Term, Employee shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of Employer and shall have such duties, powers and authorities customarily vested in the office of General Counsel and Secretary of a public company the size and nature of Employer. Employee agrees to serve in such positions until the expiration of the Term or such time as Employee’s employment with Employer is terminated pursuant to this Agreement.
Position and Duties of Employee. Employee's primary business office will be located in Columbia, Maryland. Employee will serve as Executive Vice President and General Counsel, of Employer. Employee agrees to serve in such position, or in such other positions as Employer determines from time to time, and to perform the duties that Employer may assign from time to time to Employee until the expiration of the term or such time as Employee's employment with Employer is terminated pursuant to this Agreement. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Employer may not materially decrease Employee's duties hereunder without his or her written consent. Breach of the foregoing sentence shall be deemed a termination by Employer of Employee's employment without cause.
