OBJECT. 1.01 The object of this Agreement is to govern wages and working conditions and other benefits of all employees covered by this Agreement, to facilitate the peaceful adjustments of all disputes and grievances, to prevent strikes and lockouts, avoidable waste, expense and unnecessary delays in refractory maintenance work, to establish and maintain reasonable standards of workmanship for the protection of the public and the encouragement of union refractory maintenance work.
OBJECT. The Owner intends to construct a project (the “Project”) as more particularly described on the schedule of project details attached to this Agreement (the “Schedule of Project Details”); and Under the terms of an Agreement between the Contractor and the Owner for Construction to be entered into at a later date, the Owner will retain the services of a Contractor to construct the Project; and The Owner may have the Project designed with Separate Design Packages and it may be constructed on a phased construction basis as described in the Schedule of Project Details; and The Design Professional has agreed to provide architectural and engineering Basic Services, defined in Article 3, and any such Extra Services as are hereinafter designated for the Project in accordance with the requirements of Article 6; and This Agreement sets forth the contract between the Owner and the Design Professional regarding their respective duties and responsibilities with respect to the Project. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS:
OBJECT. The object of this Agreement is to lay down the terms and conditions upon which the Network User will be able, on and from the Start Date, to subscribe to Services offered by the TSO and upon which the TSO shall perform such Services.

OBJECT. 1.1. The Company hereby undertakes to provide the following services to the Client in accordance with the procedure established in the Agreement and the Documents:

OBJECT. 1. The EU-LAC International Foundation, ("the Foundation" or "the EU-LAC Foundation"), is established by this Agreement.
OBJECT. The object of the scheme is to implement or support measures to promote education and development in Norwegian working life.
