Amendment to Section 1.01. Section 1.01 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended as follows:

Amendment to Section 1.01. The definition of the term Maturity Date, in Section 1.01 of the Credit Agreement, is hereby amended to read in its entirety as follows:
Amendment to Section 1.01. Section 1.01 of the Reimbursement Agreement is hereby amended to delete the definition of “Maturity Date” in its entirety and replace it with the following:
