Americans with Disabilities Act. The Contractor shall be and remain in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (“Act”), to the extent applicable, during the term of the Contract. DAS may Terminate the Contract if the Contractor fails to comply with the Act.

The parties agree that they are required to provide reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities in order to comply with the provisions of Federal, State and local disability anti-discrimination statutes and the Fair Employment and Housing Act. The parties further agree that this Agreement shall be interpreted, administered and applied so as to respect the legal rights of the parties.
