Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA. Release. Sztykiel releases and irrevocably discharges each of the Released Parties, of and from any and all liabilities, claims, actions, demands, or causes of action arising under the ADEA on or before the Effective Date (the “ADEA Release”). Sztykiel further acknowledges that he has been given a period of up to twenty-one (21) days to consider the ADEA Release prior to executing it, he will be given a period of seven (7) days from the Effective Date to revoke this ADEA Release, and that he has consulted with counsel regarding his release of age discrimination claims and understands and acknowledges that the ADEA Release will not become effective or enforceable until the revocation period has expired. If Sztykiel elects to revoke this ADEA Release, he shall do so in writing and present it to Xxxxxx Xxxxxx within seven (7) days from the Effective Date.
