Venue. The Superior Court of California, located in the County of Sacramento, shall hear any dispute between the Parties arising from this Settlement Agreement.
Venue. The venue for any dispute arising under this Agreement or any disputes among the Members or the Company will be the county in which the Registered Office is located.
Venue. The parties to this contract agree and covenant that this contract shall be enforceable in Arlington, Texas; and that if legal action is necessary to enforce this contract, exclusive venue shall lie in Tarrant County, Texas.

In the event that either party brings any action against the other under this Agreement, the parties agree that trial of such action shall be vested exclusively in the state courts of California in the County of Santa Xxxxx or in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
Venue. Pursuant to Section 85.18, Texas Education Code, venue for any suit filed against A&M System shall be in the county in which the primary office of the chief executive officer of A&M System is located, which is Brazos County, Texas.
Venue. It is agreed by the parties that any action at law, suit in equity, or other judicial proceeding to enforce or construe this Agreement, or regarding its alleged breach, shall be instituted only in the Circuit Court of Xxxx County, Missouri.
Venue. DEBTOR IRREVOCABLY CONSENTS THAT ANY LEGAL ACTION OR PROCEEDING AGAINST IT UNDER, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY MANNER RELATING TO THIS NOTE OR THE OTHER FINANCING DOCUMENTS, MAY BE BROUGHT IN ANY COURT OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK LOCATED IN NEW YORK, NEW YORK OR IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF NEW YORK. DEBTOR, BY THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF THIS NOTE, EXPRESSLY AND IRREVOCABLY ASSENTS AND SUBMITS TO THE PERSONAL JURISDICTION OF ANY OF SUCH COURTS IN ANY SUCH ACTION OR PROCEEDING, AND FURTHER IRREVOCABLY CONSENTS TO THE SERVICE OF ANY COMPLAINT, SUMMONS, NOTICE OR OTHER PROCESS RELATING TO SUCH ACTION OR PROCEEDING BY DELIVERY THEREOF TO IT BY HAND OR BY MAIL IN THE MANNER PROVIDED FOR IN THIS NOTE. DEBTOR HEREBY EXPRESSLY AND IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY CLAIM OR DEFENSE IN ANY SUCH ACTION OR PROCEEDING BASED ON ANY ALLEGED LACK OF PERSONAL JURISDICTION, IMPROPER VENUE OR FORUM NON CONVENIENS OR ANY SIMILAR BASIS. DEBTOR SHALL NOT BE ENTITLED IN ANY SUCH ACTION OR PROCEEDING TO ASSERT ANY DEFENSE GIVEN OR ALLOWED UNDER THE LAWS OF ANY STATE OTHER THAN THE STATE OF NEW YORK UNLESS SUCH DEFENSE IS ALSO GIVEN OR ALLOWED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK. NOTHING IN THIS NOTE SHALL AFFECT OR IMPAIR IN ANY MANNER OR TO ANY EXTENT THE RIGHT OF HOLDERS TO COMMENCE LEGAL PROCEEDINGS OR OTHERWISE PROCEED AGAINST DEBTOR IN ANY JURISDICTION OR TO SERVE PROCESS IN ANY MANNER PERMITTED BY LAW.
Venue. Each party hereto waives any objection it may have at any time, to the laying of venue of any actions or proceedings brought in any court specified in Section 20(B) hereof, waives any claim that such actions or proceedings have been brought in an inconvenient forum and further waives the right to object that such court does not have jurisdiction over such party.
Venue. The venue for any suit concerning solicitations or the Contract, the interpretation of application of any of its terms and conditions, or any related disputes shall be in the County of San Diego, State of California.
Venue. The venue for any action to enforce or interpret this Agreement shall lie in the Superior Court of Washington for Kitsap County, Washington.
