Club Membership. During the Term, the Company shall pay on behalf of the Executive, or reimburse the Executive for, annual membership fees payable in connection with the Executive’s membership in one country club of the Executive’s choice.
Club Membership. The Company shall provide Employee an allowance for club membership of Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000.00) per year.
Club Membership. The company shall reimburse the Executive, upon presentation of an expense statement, for all reasonable initiation fees and periodic dues for membership in a golf or social club of the Executive's choice.

During the Employment Period, Employer shall reimburse Executive for membership dues, up to a maximum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) per calendar year, for a tennis, fitness, business lunch club or similar facility to be used by Executive for business purposes. Employer shall have the right to approve the club membership, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Club Membership. The Company shall reimburse Employee for membership dues at social or country clubs designated by Employee as mutually agreed by the Company and Employee.
Club Membership. The Company shall pay the reasonable cost of initiation associated with Employee gaining privileges at a mutually agreed upon country club. Employee shall be responsible for all other expenses and costs associated with such club use, including monthly member dues and charges. The club membership itself shall belong to and be the property of the Company, not Employee.
Club Membership. The Executive will be entitled to the amount of $1,000.00 per year for club memberships as directed by the Executive.
Club Membership. The Bank shall pay membership dues and related fees and expenses for the Employee's membership in an appropriate club or clubs approved by the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank, to be used for ordinary and necessary business purposes of the Bank. (c)
Club Membership. A club membership will be provided by Employer for Executive to at least one country club and to one club in downtown South Bend, Indiana, with the initiation fees, monthly fee and appropriate business related expenses paid by Employer.
Club Membership. Employer shall provide Employee with an appropriate corporate membership, including initial and annual fees, at a dining and/or recreational club at the choice of Employee for the purpose of business entertainment.
