Continuing Effectiveness. As hereby amended, the Credit Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and is hereby ratified and confirmed in all respects. After the effectiveness hereof, all references in the Credit Agreement or other Loan Documents to the “Agreement”, the “Credit Agreement” or similar terms shall refer to the Credit Agreement as amended hereby. This Amendment is a Loan Document.
Continuing Effectiveness. The Lease, except as amended hereby, remains unamended, and, as amended hereby, remains in full force and effect.
Continuing Effectiveness. The amendments to the Agreement set forth in this Section 1 shall be deemed to be amendments to the Agreement, and the Agreement, as amended hereby, shall remain in full force and effect and is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed in each and every respect.

Until the Registration Termination Date, the Corporation shall use its best efforts to keep effective any registration or qualification contemplated by this Section 5 and shall from time to time amend or supplement each applicable registration statement, preliminary prospectus, final prospectus, application, document and communication for such period of time as shall be required to permit the Holders to complete the offer and sale of the Registrable Shares covered thereby.
Continuing Effectiveness. All representations and warranties contained herein shall be deemed continuing and in effect at all times while Borrower remains indebted to Bank pursuant to the Loan and shall be deemed to be incorporated by reference in each requisition for Advance by Borrower unless Borrower specifically notifies Bank of any change therein.
Continuing Effectiveness. Except as modified by this Amendment, the Purchase Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and no party by virtue of entering into this Amendment is waiving any rights it has under the Purchase Agreement, and once this Amendment is executed by the parties hereto, all references in the Purchase Agreement to “the Agreement” or “this Agreement,” as applicable, shall refer to the Purchase Agreement as modified by this Amendment.
Continuing Effectiveness. Except as otherwise provided herein, the Current Agreement shall continue in full force and effect in accordance with its terms.
Continuing Effectiveness. Except as expressly modified herein, all of the terms, conditions, covenants and exhibits set forth in the Agreement remain in full force and effect among the parties.
Continuing Effectiveness. As herein amended, the Partnership Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and is hereby ratified and confirmed in all respects.
Continuing Effectiveness. Except as expressly modified by this Amendment, the Merger Agreement shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with its terms. This Amendment shall be deemed an amendment to the Merger Agreement and shall become effective when executed and delivered by the Parties. Upon the effectiveness of this Amendment, all references in the Merger Agreement to “the Agreement” or “this Agreement,” as applicable, shall refer to the Merger Agreement, as modified by this Amendment.
