Relocation and Temporary Housing. The Company will pay for the reasonable, properly documented costs of relocating Xx. Xxxxxx’x household goods to the Princeton, New Jersey area from San Francisco, California, in accordance with Company policy. The Company will also provide Xx. Xxxxxx with a payment of $4,000 per month for nine months, to be used for temporary housing in the Princeton, New Jersey area. It is anticipated that Xx. Xxxxxx will obtain permanent housing in the Princeton, New Jersey area prior to one year after the Start Date. In addition, the Company will pay for up to nine (9) trips between the Xxxxxxxxx, XX xxxx xxx Xxx Xxxxxxxxx, XX for Dr. and/or Xxx. Xxxxxx, in connection with house-hunting or the sale or rental of their San Francisco residence. The Company will also reimburse closing costs associated with the purchase of a residence in the Princeton, New Jersey area along with associated reasonable and customary expenses. To the extent that the relocation cost and closing cost reimbursements are taxable to Xx. Xxxxxx, the Company will gross-up the payment such that the net amount received by Xx. Xxxxxx equals the amount of the reimbursable expenses. Upon the signing of a contract to purchase, lease or rent a residence in Princeton, New Jersey, the Company will pay Xx. Xxxxxx a relocation bonus of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000), which Xx. Xxxxxx agrees to return to the Company in the event the closing on such residence is not consummated. In the event Xx. Xxxxxx sells his California residence within twelve (12) months of the Start Date, he will receive an additional payment of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) upon verification of the closing of that sale. Should Xx. Xxxxxx voluntarily terminate his employment with the Company prior to one (1) year from the date of this Agreement, Xx. Xxxxxx will repay to the Company one half of all monies paid to him or on his behalf in association with his relocation and temporary housing, not to exceed the net amount received by him after taxes. The Company may collect any such mandatory repayments, in full or in part, by deducting them from amounts otherwise due Xx. Xxxxxx from the Company, and Xx. Xxxxxx hereby authorizes such deduction.

Relocation and Temporary Housing. In connection with the Executive’s relocation to the primary corporate office location, the Company will advance and or reimburse the Executive for reasonable household packing, moving, storage, related insurance and other costs of such relocation, provided that (i) such relocation occurs during the Executive’s employment with the Company and not later than eighteen (18) months immediately following the Start Date; and (ii) the aggregate of the amounts to be reimbursed and the tax-related payment with respect thereto shall be in an amount approved by the Board. The Company shall also provide the Executive with temporary housing in the primary corporate office location for up to ninety (90) days immediately following the Start Date.
Relocation and Temporary Housing. In connection with the Executive's relocation to the Chicago metropolitan area, the Employer will advance and/or reimburse the Executive for reasonable household packing, moving, storage, related insurance and other costs of the move (including the sales commission cost incurred in the sale of his current residence), plus an amount equal to the federal income tax applicable to the amount of such reimbursement (at an assumed tax rate of 35%), provided that (i) such relocation occurs not later than the second (2nd) anniversary of the Effective Date; and (ii) the aggregate of the amounts to be reimbursed and the tax-related payment with respect thereto shall not exceed Fifty thousand dollars ($50,000), except to the extent a greater amount may be approved by the Board. The Employer shall provide the Executive with temporary housing in the Chicago metropolitan area for up to six (6) months.

Relocation and Temporary Housing. In connection with the CFO's relocation to the Manitowoc area, TOWER TECH will advance and/or reimburse the CFO for actual household packing, moving, storage, related insurance and other costs of the move (including the sales commission cost incurred in the sale of his current residence), up to TWENTY THOUSAND AND 00/100'S DOLLARS ($20,000.00) plus an amount equal to the federal income tax applicable, if any, to the amount of such reimbursement (at an assumed tax rate of 35%), provided that (i) such relocation occurs not later than the sixth (6th) month anniversary of the Effective Date; and (ii) the aggregate of the amounts to be reimbursed and the tax-related payment with respect thereto shall not exceed TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND AND 00/100'S DOLLARS ($25,000.00), except to the extent a greater amount may be approved by TOWER TECH. However, should CFO terminate this Agreement for any reasons other than death or continuous permanent disability of the CFO prior to the term of this Agreement, then all sums paid to CFO under this paragraph shall be repaid to TOWER TECH within thirty (30) days thereof. Payment shall be amortized over the term of this Agreement and repaid proportionately based on the number of months remaining under the Agreement.

Relocation and Temporary Housing. No later than September 1, 2013, the Executive shall relocate to within reasonable commuting distance miles of the Company’s headquarters (the “Relocation Area”). Relocation and Temporary Housing. The Company will pay, or reimburse Executive, for reasonable relocation and temporary housing expenses for Executive and Executive’s immediate family. Such payment/reimbursement will be based upon the Company’s relocation and temporary housing policies in effect at such time, which policies will be at least as favorable to Executive as those in effect for affiliated entities. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Company acknowledges that the foregoing will include transportation of three automobiles.
Relocation and Temporary Housing. Company will reimburse Employee for normal relocation expenses to included movement of household goods, closing costs of selling your home in Houston, commission costs with buying a home in the Phoenix Metropolitan area. Company will provide temporary living expenses for Employee and his spouse during relocation (expected to be approximately ninety (90) days) including two house hunting trips from Houston in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policy. Reimbursement shall include any additional personal taxes resulting from the items in this paragraph.

If the Executive voluntarily terminates his employment for other than Good Reason prior to June 28, 2007, he shall reimburse the Company for his relocation bonus provided pursuant to this Section 10; provided that any such reimbursement obligation shall be waived upon a Change of Control.
