Services Term. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Service that you order will start at the earlier of (a) your first use of the Service, (b) the date you purchased the Service, or (c) the start date contained in the Order Form, and, in each case, will end at the expiration of the Services Term unless sooner terminated as set forth below. Subscriptions automatically renew for successive terms of the same duration as the original Services Term, unless either party gives written notice to the other party of its intention not to renew at least thirty (30) days before the expiration of the applicable Services Term. Any Services that you order must be consumed during the applicable Services Term and any unused Services will expire.
Services Term. The “Services Term” is the period during which Buyer is obligated to purchase Products Delivered to Buyer by Seller, commencing on the Commercial Operation Date and continuing for a period of fifteen (15) years from the Commercial Operation Date, unless this Agreement is earlier terminated in accordance with the provisions hereof.

The term of any recurring Services added to your Account after the initial Order Form is executed will start on the Start Date in the applicable Order Form, will run coterminously with the then-current Term of any preexisting Services unless otherwise extended in the applicable Order Form, and will be invoiced on the same billing cycles as the preexisting Services.

Services Term. 8.2 Unless oththwerise agreed in writing, the Services shall continue for the duration of the Services Term unless terminated earlier in accordance with Clause 8.3 below.

The performance of the Services shall commence on the Distribution Date and, unless earlier terminated pursuant to Section 4.2 or 4.3, shall terminate on the earlier of (i) December 31, 2007, or (ii) such earlier date as may be expressly provided for in the relevant Schedule hereto (the “Services Term”).
