Election of Benefit Commencement Date. A Participant may elect to commence distribution of benefits at any time after retirement or other Severance from Employment by a notice or distribution form filed with the Sponsor before the date on which benefits are to commence. However, in no event may distribution of benefits commence later than the date described in Section 6.06.

Election of Benefit Commencement Date. A Participant who is entitled to a distribution in accordance with Section 7.1, Section 7.6(a) or Section 7.6(b) may elect to commence distribution of his or her Account at any time by a notice filed at least thirty (30) days before the date on which benefits are to commence (subject to the waiver described in Section 7.3(b)(2)). However, in no event may distribution of benefits commence later than the date described in Section 7.87.3(b).

  • Effective Date of Benefit Termination Medical, dental and life coverage termination will take effect on the first of the month following the loss of eligible employee or dependent status. Disability benefit coverage terminations will take effect on the day following loss of eligible employee status.

  • Calculation of Benefits Immediately following delivery of any Notice of Termination, the Company shall notify the Executive of the aggregate present value of all termination benefits to which he would be entitled under this Agreement and any other plan, program or arrangement as of the projected Date of Termination, together with the projected maximum payments, determined as of such projected Date of Termination that could be paid without the Executive being subject to the Excise Tax.
