RATIFICATION OF LOAN DOCUMENTS. Borrower hereby ratifies, confirms, and reaffirms all terms and conditions of all security or other collateral granted to the Bank, and confirms that the indebtedness secured thereby includes, without limitation, the Obligations.
RATIFICATION OF LOAN DOCUMENTS. Except as provided herein, all terms and conditions of the Credit Agreement and of the other Loan Documents remain in full force and effect. The Loan Parties each hereby ratify, confirm, and reaffirm all of the representations and warranties contained therein.
RATIFICATION OF LOAN DOCUMENTS. Borrower hereby ratifies, confirms, and reaffirms all terms and conditions of the Loan Agreement (as modified by this Loan Modification Agreement), and all security or other collateral granted to the Bank, and confirms that the indebtedness secured thereby includes, without limitation, the Obligations.
RATIFICATION OF LOAN DOCUMENTS. Except as specifically amended by this Joinder and the other documents executed and delivered in connection herewith, all of the terms and conditions of the Credit Agreement and of the other Loan Documents shall remain in full force and effect as in effect prior to the date hereof, without releasing any Loan Party thereunder or Collateral granted by any Loan Party.
RATIFICATION OF LOAN DOCUMENTS. The Credit Agreement, as hereby amended, and all other Loan Documents, are hereby ratified and re-affirmed in all respects and shall continue in full force and effect.
RATIFICATION OF LOAN DOCUMENTS. Except as expressly set forth herein, all of the terms and conditions of the Purchase Agreement, the Credit Agreement and the other Transaction Documents are hereby ratified and confirmed and continue unchanged and in full force and effect. All references to any of the Transaction Documents shall mean the applicable Transaction Document as modified by this Amendment.
RATIFICATION OF LOAN DOCUMENTS. This Amendment shall be incorporated into and deemed a part of the Loan Agreement. Except as expressly set forth herein, all of the terms and conditions of the Loan Agreement and Loan Documents are hereby ratified and confirmed and continue unchanged and in full force and effect. All references to the Loan Agreement shall mean the Loan Agreement as modified by this Amendment.
RATIFICATION OF LOAN DOCUMENTS. This Amendment is hereby incorporated into and made a part of the Loan Agreement and all other Loan Documents respectively, the terms and provisions of which, except to the extent modified by this Amendment are each ratified and confirmed and continue unchanged in full force and effect. Any reference to the Loan Agreement and all other Loan Documents respectively in this or any other instrument, document or agreement related thereto or executed in connection therewith shall mean the Loan Agreement and all other Loan Documents respectively as amended by this Amendment. As security for the payment of the Obligations, and satisfaction by Borrower of all covenants and undertakings contained in the Loan Agreement, Borrower hereby confirms its prior grant to Lender of a continuing first lien on and security interest in, upon and to all of Borrower’s now owned or hereafter acquired, created or arising Collateral as described in Section 3 of the Loan Agreement.
RATIFICATION OF LOAN DOCUMENTS. Each Loan Party acknowledges and consents to the terms set forth herein and agrees that this Amendment does not impair, reduce or limit any of its obligations under the Loan Documents (as amended hereby).
RATIFICATION OF LOAN DOCUMENTS. Except for the specific amendments, releases, consents and waivers expressly set forth in this Amendment, the terms, provisions, conditions and covenants of the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents remain in full force and effect and are hereby ratified and confirmed, and the execution, delivery and performance of this Amendment shall not in any manner operate as a waiver of, consent to or amendment of any other term, provision, condition or covenant of the Credit Agreement or any other Loan Document.
