Investor Questionnaire. The undersigned represents and warrants to the Company that all information that the undersigned has provided to the Company, including, without limitation, the information in the Investor Questionnaire attached hereto or previously provided to the Company (the “Investor Questionnaire”), is correct and complete as of the date hereof.
Investor Questionnaire. Complete Appendix A attached to this Subscription Agreement.
Investor Questionnaire. In connection with the filing of a Registration Statement, the Company may require the Purchaser to furnish to the Company such information regarding the Purchaser and the Registrable Securities, as the Company may reasonably request in writing and as shall reasonably be required in connection with the filing of the Registration Statement. At least five (5) Business Days prior to the first anticipated filing date of such Registration Statement, the Company shall notify the Purchaser of any information the Company requests from the Purchaser.
Investor Questionnaire. If requested by the Company, the Investor covenants to execute and deliver to the Company prior to, at or promptly following the Closing an investor questionnaire supplied by the Company.
Investor Questionnaire. The representations contained in the Investor Questionnaire set forth as Exhibit A attached hereto are true and correct.
Investor Questionnaire. The Accredited Investor Questionnaire completed by such Purchaser is accurate, true and complete in all respects.
Investor Questionnaire. Each Stockholder shall have provided an executed Investor Questionnaire in the form of EXHIBIT 5.29(b).

Purchaser agrees promptly to notify the Company in writing of any change in such information after the date hereof.
Investor Questionnaire. All capitalized terms herein, unless otherwise defined, have the meanings ascribed thereto in the Subscription Agreement.
