Service Provider Recipients may: (i) disclose the Client‘s Confidential Information to such parties as may be designated by the Client (for example, the Client’s shared service centre) and to Client Affiliates; and (ii) disclose the Client’s Confidential Information to Payment Infrastructure Providers and Securities Infrastructure Providers on a confidential basis to the extent necessary for the provision of the Services under the Agreement.

These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, as well as physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data.

(a) State Street will disclose all information related to the Services and any compensation or fees received by State Street or its Affiliates that is requested by a BTC Recipient in order for either the BTC Recipient or a client of a BTC Recipient that invests in or had an investment in a BTC Recipient reasonably requires to comply with the reporting and disclosure requirements of Title I of ERISA and the regulations, forms and schedules issued thereunder.
