Base Salary from Employment Agreement

THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this "Agreement"), is made as of the 11th day of December, 2015 (the "Effective Date") by and between Andrew Blount ("Executive"), and RealPage, Inc., a Delaware company ("Employer"), located at 4000 International Parkway, Carrollton, TX 75007.

Base Salary. As compensation for the performance by Executive of Executive's obligations hereunder, during the Employment Period, Employer shall pay Executive a base salary at a rate not less than $29,166.67 per month, or $350,000 on an annualized basis (the base salary, at the rate in effect from time to time, is hereinafter referred to as the "Base Salary"). Base Salary shall be paid in approximately equal installments in accordance with Employer's customary payroll practices and legal requirements regarding withholding and deductions. During the Employment Period, the Base Salary shall be reviewed no less frequently than annually to determine whether or not the same should be adjusted in light of the duties, responsibilities and performance of Executive and other relevant factors.

Base Salary from Amended and Restated Employment Agreement

This Amended and Restated Employment Agreement (Agreement) is made this 3rd day of May 2017 (the Effective Date) between CRISPR Therapeutics, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the Company), and Samarth Kulkarni, (the Executive and, together with the Company, the Parties or each individually, a Party).

Base Salary. During the Employment Period, the Company shall pay the Executive, as compensation for the performance of the Executives duties and obligations under this Agreement, an annual base salary of $415,000, payable in a manner that is consistent with the Companys usual payroll practices for senior executives. The Executives Base Salary shall be reviewed annually by the Board or the Compensation Committee of the Board (the Committee) for adjustment. Such adjustment, if any, shall be within the sole discretion of the Board or, to the extent delegated by the Board, the Committee. The annual base salary in effect at any given time is referred to herein as Base Salary. The Base Salary shall not be reduced at any time without the express written consent of the Executive.

Base Salary from Executive Employment Contract

THIS EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT (the "Agreement"), is made and entered into as of the 9th day of February, 2017, by and between Sensient Technologies Corporation, a Wisconsin corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), and Paul Manning (hereinafter referred to as the "Executive"), and replaces the Executive Employment Contract dated as of February 2, 2014 (the "Prior Agreement"), which expired by its terms;

Base Salary. Except as provided below, during the Employment Period, the Company shall pay to the Executive a salary at a rate of $910,000 per annum pursuant to the Company's normal payroll practices (the "Base Salary"). The Base Salary shall be reviewed on or before January 1 of each year following the date of this Agreement, while this Agreement remains in force, to ascertain whether in the judgment of the Board or such Committee to whom the Board may have delegated authority, such Base Salary should be adjusted. Any adjustment shall occur only by mutual agreement of the Company (acting with the approval of the Compensation and Development Committee) and the Executive. If so adjusted, the term Base Salary as utilized in this Agreement shall refer to the Base Salary as so adjusted. Compensation of the Executive by salary payments shall not be deemed exclusive and shall not prevent the Executive from participating in any other compensation or benefit plan of the Company. The Base Salary payments (including any adjusted salary payments) hereunder shall not in any way limit or reduce any other obligation of the Company hereunder, and no other compensation, benefit or payment hereunder shall in any way limit or reduce the obligation of the Company to pay the Executive's Base Salary hereunder.

Base Salary from Employment Agreement

THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this "Agreement"), is made as of the 3rd day of August, 2016 (the "Effective Date") by and between Ashley Chaffin Glover ("Executive"), and RealPage, Inc., a Delaware company ("Employer"), located at 4000 International Parkway, Carrollton, TX 75007.

Base Salary. As compensation for the performance by Executive of Executive's obligations hereunder, during the Employment Period, Employer shall pay Executive a base salary at a rate not less than $32,083.33 per month, or $385,000 on an annualized basis (the base salary, at the rate in effect from time to time, is hereinafter referred to as the "Base Salary"). Base Salary shall be paid in approximately equal installments in accordance with Employer's customary payroll practices and legal requirements regarding withholding and deductions. During the Employment Period, the Base Salary shall be reviewed no less frequently than annually to determine whether or not the same should be adjusted in light of the duties, responsibilities and performance of Executive and other relevant factors.

Base Salary from Amended and Restated Employment Agreement

THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this "Agreement"), is made as of the 26th day of October, 2016 (the "Effective Date") by and between Stephen Winn (the "Executive"), and RealPage, Inc., a Delaware company (the "Employer"), located at 2201 Lakeside Boulevard, Richardson, Texas 75082.

Base Salary. As compensation for the performance by Executive of Executive's obligations hereunder, during the Employment Period, Employer shall pay Executive a base salary at a rate not less than $41,666.67 per month, or $500,000 on an annualized basis (the base salary, at the rate in effect from time to time, is hereinafter referred to as the "Base Salary"). Base Salary shall be paid in approximately equal installments in accordance with Employer's customary payroll practices and legal requirements regarding withholding and deductions. During the Employment Period, the Base Salary shall be reviewed no less frequently than annually to determine whether or not the same should be adjusted in light of the duties, responsibilities and performance of Executive and other relevant factors.

Base Salary from Employment Agreement

WHEREAS, with the completion of the contemplated initial public offering of the Company (IPO), the Company will subject to the Swiss act against excessive remunerations by listed companies;

Base Salary. During the Employment Period, the Company shall pay the Executive, as compensation for the performance of the Executives duties and obligations under this Agreement, an annual base salary in an amount in CHF equivalent to USD 502000 (the Base Salary) payable in a manner that is consistent with the Companys usual payroll practices for senior executives. The Executives Base Salary shall be reviewed annually by the Companys Board of Directors (the Board) or the Compensation, Nomination and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board (the Committee) for increase, if any, which in the sole discretion of the Board or, to the extent delegated by the Board, the Committee is merited or necessary to maintain a competitive Base Salary for the Executive. After any such increase, Base Salary as used herein shall thereafter refer to the increased amount. The Base Salary shall not be reduced at any time without the express written consent of the Executive.

Base Salary from Employment Agreement

THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this "Agreement"), is made as of the 1st day of May, 2015 (the "Effective Date") by and between David G. Monk (the "Executive"), and RealPage, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Employer"), located at 4000 International Parkway, Carrollton, TX 75007.

Base Salary. As compensation for the performance by Executive of Executive's obligations hereunder, during the Employment Period, Employer shall pay Executive a base salary at a rate not less than $26,666.67 per month, or $320,000 on an annualized basis (the base salary, at the rate in effect from time to time, is hereinafter referred to as the "Base Salary"). Base Salary shall be paid in approximately equal installments in accordance with Employer's customary payroll practices and legal requirements regarding withholding and deductions. During the Employment Period, the Base Salary shall be reviewed no less frequently than annually to determine whether or not the same should be adjusted in light of the duties, responsibilities and performance of Executive and other relevant factors.

Base Salary from Employment Agreement

Employment Agreement (the "Agreement"), dated as of January 14, 2015, by and between Urban Edge Properties, a Maryland real estate investment trust (together with its affiliates, the "Company"), with its principal offices at 888 Seventh Avenue, New York, New York 10106 and Robert Minutoli ("Executive").

Base Salary. During the Employment Period, the Company will pay Executive a base salary at the rate of not less than $500,000 per year ("Base Salary"). Executive's Base Salary will be paid in approximately equal installments in accordance with the Company's customary payroll practices. If Executive's Base Salary is increased by the Company, such increased Base Salary will then constitute the Base Salary for all purposes of this Agreement.

Base Salary from Employment Agreement

THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this "Agreement"), is made as of the 9th day of February, 2015 (the "Effective Date"), by and between Daryl Rolley (the "Executive"), and RealPage, Inc., a Delaware company (the "Employer"), located at 4000 International Parkway, Carrollton, TX 75007.

Base Salary. As compensation for the performance by Executive of Executive's obligations hereunder, during the Employment Period, Employer shall pay Executive a base salary at a rate not less than $33,333.33 per month, or $400,000 on an annualized basis (the base salary, at the rate in effect from time to time, is hereinafter referred to as the "Base Salary"). Base Salary shall be paid in approximately equal installments in accordance with Employer's customary payroll practices and legal requirements regarding withholding and deductions. During the Employment Period, the Base Salary shall be reviewed no less frequently than annually to determine whether or not the same should be adjusted in light of the duties, responsibilities and performance of Executive and other relevant factors.

Base Salary from Amended and Restated Employment Agreement

THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this "Agreement"), is made as of the 1st day of March, 2015 (the "Effective Date") by and between W. Bryan Hill (the "Executive"), and RealPage, Inc., a Delaware company (the "Employer"), located at 4000 International Parkway, Carrollton, TX 75007.

Base Salary. As compensation for the performance by Executive of Executive's obligations hereunder, during the Employment Period, Employer shall pay Executive a base salary at a rate not less than $30,333.33 per month, or $370,000 on an annualized basis (the base salary, at the rate in effect from time to time, is hereinafter referred to as the "Base Salary"). Base Salary shall be paid in approximately equal installments in accordance with Employer's customary payroll practices and legal requirements regarding withholding and deductions. During the Employment Period, the Base Salary shall be reviewed no less frequently than annually to determine whether or not the same should be adjusted in light of the duties, responsibilities and performance of Executive and other relevant factors.
