By-Laws. The Trustees shall have the exclusive authority to adopt and from time to time amend or repeal By-Laws for the conduct of the business of the Trust.
By-Laws. The Trustees may adopt and from time to time amend or repeal By-Laws for the conduct of the business of the Trust.
By-Laws. The Trustees shall have full power and authority to adopt By-Laws providing for the conduct of the business of the Trust and containing such other provisions as they deem necessary, appropriate or desirable, and, subject to the voting powers of one or more Classes or Series, to amend and repeal such By-Laws. Unless the By-Laws specifically require that Shareholders authorize or approve the amendment or repeal of a particular provision of the By-Laws, any provision of the By-Laws may be amended or repealed by the Trustees without Shareholder authorization or approval.
By-Laws. The by-laws of Merger Sub as in effect at the Effective Time shall be the by-laws of the Surviving Corporation until thereafter changed or amended as provided therein or by applicable law.
By-Laws. At the Effective Time, the By-Laws of Merger Sub, as in effect immediately prior to the Effective Time, shall be the By-Laws of the Surviving Corporation.
By-Laws. The By-Laws of the Company as in effect immediately prior to the Effective Time shall be the By-Laws of the Surviving Corporation, until duly amended in accordance with the terms thereof and the DGCL.
By-Laws. The by-laws of Buyer in effect immediately prior to the Effective Time shall be the by-laws of the Surviving Corporation (the "By-Laws"), until thereafter amended as provided therein or by applicable law.
By-Laws. The By-laws of the Company as in effect at the Effective Time shall be the By-laws of the Surviving Corporation, and thereafter may be amended in accordance with their terms and as provided by law and this Agreement.
By-Laws. The By-Laws of Sub as in effect at the Effective Time shall be the By-Laws of the Surviving Corporation until amended in accordance with applicable law.
By-Laws. (1) The Governor may make by-laws, for the purposes of, and in accordance with, the Agreement.
