Breach by Subsidiaries and Representatives. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Company shall advise its Subsidiaries and their respective Representatives of the prohibitions set out in this Article 5 and any violation of the restrictions set forth in this Article 5 by the Company, its Subsidiaries or their respective Representatives is deemed to be a breach of this Article 5 by the Company.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Parties shall advise their Subsidiaries and their respective Representatives of the prohibitions set out in this Article 5 and any violation of the restrictions set forth in this Article 5 by a Party, its Subsidiaries or their respective Representatives is deemed to be a breach of this Article 5 by such Party.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, EMV shall advise its Subsidiaries and its and their Representatives of the prohibitions set out in this Article 5 and any violation of the restrictions set forth in this Article 5 by EMV, its Subsidiaries or their respective Representatives is deemed to be a breach of this Article 5 by EMV.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Xos shall advise its Subsidiaries and its and their Representatives of the prohibitions set out in this Article 6 and any violation of the restrictions set forth in this Article 6 by Xos, its Subsidiaries or their respective Representatives is deemed to be a breach of this Article 6 by Xos.
Breach by Subsidiaries and Representatives. Any violation of the restrictions set forth in this Article 7 by its Subsidiaries or its or their respective Representatives shall be deemed to be a breach of this Article 7 by Absolute.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Cangold shall advise its Subsidiaries and the Representatives of the prohibitions set out in this Article 5 and any violation of the restrictions set forth in this Article 5 by Cangold, its Subsidiaries or Representatives is deemed to be a breach of this Article 5 by Cangold.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, American Consolidated shall advise its Subsidiaries and the Representatives of the prohibitions set out in this Article 5 and any violation of the restrictions set forth in this Article 5 by American Consolidated, its Subsidiaries or Representatives is deemed to be a breach of this Article 5 by American Consolidated.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Cxxxxx shall advise its Subsidiaries and the Representatives of the prohibitions set out in this Article 5 and any violation of the restrictions set forth in this Article 5 by Cxxxxx, its Subsidiaries or Representatives is deemed to be a breach of this Article 5 by Cxxxxx.
