Articles of Organization. This Company is organized pursuant to the provisions of the COLORADO LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY ACT (the “Act”, codified in Colorado Revised Statues §7-80-100 et seq. as it may be amended from time to time) and pursuant to Articles of Organization filed with the Secretary of State on January 24, 2014. The rights and obligations of the Company and the Members shall be provided in this Operating Agreement.
Articles of Organization. This Company is organized pursuant to the provisions of the Limited Liability Company Laws of the State of Colorado and pursuant to Articles of Organization filed with the Secretary of State on October 16, 2002. The rights and obligations of the Company and the Members shall be provided in this Operating Agreement.
Articles of Organization. The Articles of Organization of the Company, as in effect immediately prior to the Effective Time, shall be the Articles of Organization of the Surviving Corporation until thereafter amended as provided by Law and such Articles of Organization.

Articles of Organization. The Member shall file any amendments to the Articles of Organization deemed necessary by it to reflect amendments to this Agreement adopted by the Member in accordance with the terms hereof. Upon the approval of any amendments thereto, by the Member in accordance with this Agreement, the Member or a designee of the Member shall be authorized to execute and file such instruments with the appropriate state agencies.
Articles of Organization. The Articles of Organization (the "Articles"), filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Tennessee on December 23, 2002, are hereby adopted and ratified by the Members. In the event of a conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the terms of the Articles, the terms of the Articles shall prevail.
Articles of Organization. The Articles of Organization are hereby adopted and incorporated by reference into this Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between the Articles of Organization and this Agreement, the terms of the Articles of Organization shall govern.
