Amendment to Definition of Leverage Ratio. The definition ofLeverage Ratiois amended by adding the following sentence at the end thereof: For purposes of calculating the Leverage Ratio as of any date prior to the first anniversary of the Effective Date, Consolidated EBITDA shall be adjusted to include the consolidated financial results of Adorn for the period prior to the Effective Date.
