No Other Amendment. Except as expressly set forth in this Amendment, the Employment Agreement shall remain unchanged and shall continue in full force and effect according to its terms.
No Other Amendment. Except for the amendments set forth above, the text of the Credit Agreement shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect. This Amendment is not intended to effect, nor shall it be construed as, a novation. The Credit Agreement and this Amendment shall be construed together as a single agreement. Nothing herein contained shall waive, annul, vary or affect any provision, condition, covenant or agreement contained in the Credit Agreement, except as herein amended, nor affect nor impair any rights, powers or remedies under the Credit Agreement as hereby amended. The Banks and the Agent do hereby reserve all of their rights and remedies against all parties who may be or may hereafter become secondarily liable for the repayment of the Notes. The Borrower promises and agrees to perform all of the requirements, conditions, agreements and obligations under the terms of the Credit Agreement, as heretofore and hereby amended, the Credit Agreement, as amended, being hereby ratified and affirmed. The Borrower hereby expressly agrees that the Credit Agreement, as amended, is in full force and effect.
No Other Amendment. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Amendment, all terms, conditions and provisions of the Agreement are hereby ratified and remain in full force and effect.

On and after the Effective Date, all references to the Credit Agreement in each of the Loan Documents shall hereafter mean the Credit Agreement, as supplemented by this Agreement. The Lenders and the Administrative Agent do hereby reserve all of their rights and remedies against all parties who may be or may hereafter become secondarily liable for the repayment of the Obligations. The Borrower and Guarantors promise and agree to perform all of the requirements, conditions, agreements and obligations under the terms of the Credit Agreement as hereby supplemented, such obligations under the Credit Agreement, as supplemented, the Collateral Documents and the other Loan Documents being hereby acknowledged, ratified and reaffirmed by the Borrower and Guarantors. The Borrower and Guarantors hereby expressly agree that the Credit Agreement, as supplemented, the Collateral Documents and the other Loan Documents are in full force and effect and hereby expressly reaffirm all Liens granted by the Borrower and Guarantors under the Loan Documents.
No Other Amendment. Except as expressly amended hereby, the Loan Documents shall remain in full force and effect as written and amended to date.
No Other Amendment. All other terms and conditions of the Credit Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and the Credit Agreement shall be read and construed as if the terms of this Amendment were included therein by way of addition or substitution, as the case may be.

Except as expressly amended in this Amendment, all provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect, and the parties thereto and hereto shall continue to have all their rights and remedies under the Agreement. In the event of a conflict between the terms and provisions of this Amendment and the terms and provisions of the Agreement, the provisions of this Amendment shall govern.
