Addition of Definitions With respect to the Senior Notes only, Section 1.01 of the Base Indenture is amended to include the following definitions (which shall be deemed to arise in Section 1.01 in their proper alphabetical order):
Amendment to Definitions In Section 1.01, amendments are made to the definitions, as follows:
Definition of Layoff A layoff shall be defined as a reduction in the work force or a reduction in the regular hours of work as defined in this Agreement.
Amendments to Equity Definitions (i) Section 12.6(a)(ii) of the Equity Definitions is hereby amended by (1) deleting from the fourth line thereof the word “or” after the word “official” and inserting a comma therefor, and (2) deleting the semi-colon at the end of subsection (B) thereof and inserting the following words therefor “or (C) the occurrence of any of the events specified in Section 5(a)(vii)(1) through (9) of the ISDA Master Agreement with respect to that Issuer.”
SECTION I - DEFINITIONS As used in this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed herein unless otherwise stated or reasonably required by the Agreement, and other forms of any defined words shall have a meaning parallel thereto.

UCC Definitions Unless otherwise defined herein or the context otherwise requires, terms for which meanings are provided in the UCC are used in this Security Agreement, including its preamble and recitals, with such meanings.
