Section 4.3. 18 The Association reserves and retains the right to delegate any right or duty contained herein to 19 appropriate officials of the Public School Employees of Washington State Organization.
Section 4.3. 16 The President of the Association and designated representatives will be provided time off without loss of 17 pay to a maximum of four (4) days total per year to attend regional or State meetings when the purpose of 18 those meetings is in the best interest of the District as determined by the District Administration. Section 4.3. 25 On or before the first day of October of each year during the term of this Agreement, the District shall 26 provide Public School Employees of Washington with the name, position, hire date, and rate of pay of 27 each employee. In October and March of each year, the District shall provide PSE of Washington with 28 the employee’s name, position, building location, address and zip code.
Section 4.3. 2 The President of the Association and designated representatives will be provided time off to a 3 maximum of ten (10) days per year to attend meetings when the purpose of those meetings is in the 4 best interests of the District as determined by the District administration.
Section 4.3. 30 There shall be no sub-contracting unless it is negotiated with the appropriate bargaining unit.
Section 4.3. 44 The District shall provide each new employee with a copy of this Agreement to be furnished the 45 District by the Association.
Section 4.3. 5 An employee may be temporarily removed from his or her regular assignment pending 27 an investigation into alleged misconduct in accordance with the following: 28
Section 4.3. 35 The District, as part of the general orientation of each new employee within the units subject to this 36 Agreement, shall describe to the employee his rights under the Public Employees Collective 37 Bargaining Act of 1967 and subsequent amendments thereto.
