Transitional Provisions. 24.1. As from the official date of entry into force of the 01 series of amendments to this Regulation, no Contracting Party applying this Regulation shall refuse to grant or refuse to accept type approval under this Regulation as amended by the 01 series of amendments.
Transitional Provisions. If, on the date of signature of this Agreement, an employee is currently on maternity leave without pay or has requested a period of maternity leave but has not commenced the leave, she shall upon request be entitled to the provisions of this Article. Any application must be received before the termination date of the leave period originally requested.
Transitional Provisions. 16.1. As from the official date of entry into force of the 01 series of amendments, no Contracting Party applying this Regulation shall refuse to grant ECE approval under this Regulation as amended by the 01 series of amendments.
Transitional Provisions. These transitional provisions are applicable to employees who have been granted and have proceeded on leave on or after the date of signature of this agreement.

Transitional Provisions. 9.1. As from the official date of entry into force of the 04 series of amendments to this Regulation, no Contracting Party applying this Regulation shall refuse to grant or refuse to accept UN type approvals under this Regulation as amended by the 04 series of amendments.
Transitional Provisions. Effective on the date of signing of the Collective Agreement, employees with more than two (2) years of service, as defined in clause B11.03, shall be credited a one- time entitlement of thirty-seven decimal five (37.5) hours of vacation leave with pay.
