Reaffirmation of Representations. The Borrower hereby repeats and reaffirms all representations and warranties made by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders in the Credit Agreement as amended by this Amendment and the other Credit Documents on and as of the date hereof with the same force and effect as if such representations and warranties were set forth in this Amendment in full.
Reaffirmation of Representations. Each of the Borrower and Holdings hereby repeats and reaffirms all representations and warranties made to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders in the Credit Agreement and the other Credit Documents on and as of the date hereof (and after giving effect to this Amendment) with the same force and effect as if such representations and warranties were set forth in this Amendment in full (except to the extent that such representations and warranties relate expressly to an earlier date, in which case such representations and warranties were true and correct as of such earlier date).

Each of the Parent and the Borrower hereby represents, repeats and reaffirms all representations and warranties made by such Person to the Agent and the Lenders in the Term Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents to which such Person is a party on and as of the date hereof with the same force and effect as if such representations and warranties were set forth in this Amendment in full except to the extent that such representations and warranties expressly relate solely to an earlier date (in which case such representations and warranties were true and accurate on and as of such earlier date) and except for changes in factual circumstances not prohibited under the Loan Documents.

The Parent and each Borrower hereby certify that as of the date hereof the representations and warranties made or deemed made by the Parent and each Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders in the Term Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents to the Parent or Borrower is a party are true and correct in all material respects (except in the case of a representation or warranty qualified by materiality, in which case such representation and warranty is true and correct in all respects) except to the extent that such representations and warranties expressly relate solely to an earlier date (in which case such representations and warranties were true and correct in all material respects (except in the case of a representation or warranty qualified by materiality, in which case, such representation or warranty was true and correct in all respects) on and as of such earlier date) and except for changes in factual circumstances not prohibited under the Loan Documents.
Reaffirmation of Representations. Contractor hereby reaffirms all of the representations contained in Contract Documents.

Each of the Parent and the Borrower hereby repeats and reaffirms all representations and warranties made by such Person to the Administrative Agent, the Issuing Bank and the Lenders in the Credit Agreement, after giving effect to the amendment in Section 1(c) hereof, and the other Loan Documents to which it is a party on and as of the date hereof with the same force and effect as if such representations and warranties were set forth in this Amendment in full.
Reaffirmation of Representations. Borrowers hereby restate and reaffirm all representations, warranties and covenants contained in the Credit Agreement and the Loan Documents, the same as if such covenants, representations and warranties were made by Borrowers on the date hereof.
