Escalation. If parties are unable to resolve the issue in a timely manner, as specified above, either Sourcewell or Supplier may escalate the resolution of the issue to a higher level of management. The Supplier will have 30 calendar days to cure an outstanding issue.
Escalation. If the Customer is dissatisfied with any aspect of the services provided by IET or the Customer wishes to cancel services, the following escalation procedure will be used to reach a resolution: Escalating Issues and Concerns Step 1: The Customer will contact the Service Manager to discuss the issue.

If the issue or dispute cannot be resolved at the level at which it first arose, either party may refer it to the senior staff member of the Funder who is responsible for this Agreement and to their counterpart in the senior management of the Hospital. If such good faith negotiations do not resolve the Dispute, then the matter, upon written request of either Company, will be referred for resolution to representatives of the parties at a senior level of management of the parties pursuant to the procedures set forth in Section 8.02(a) of the Separation Agreement.
