Future Agreements. The Fund shall promptly, at the request of the Purchaser, enter into an agreement, on terms mutually satisfactory to the Fund and the Purchaser, of the type specified in Section 12(d)(1)(E)(iii) of the 1940 Act, so as to permit the Purchaser or any transferee satisfying the requirements set forth in Section 2.1 to rely on the provisions of Section 12(d)(1)(E)(iii) of the 1940 Act.
Future Agreements. The Issuer shall promptly, at the request of the Purchaser, enter into an agreement, on terms mutually satisfactory to the Issuer and the Purchaser, of the type specified in Section 12(d)(1)(E)(iii) of the 1940 Act, so as to permit the Purchaser or any transferee satisfying the requirements set forth in Section 2.1 to rely on the provisions of Section 12(d)(1)(E)(iii) of the 0000 Xxx.
Future Agreements. The Fund shall promptly, at the request of Xxxxx Fargo, enter into an agreement, on terms mutually satisfactory to the Fund and Xxxxx Fargo, of the type specified in Section 12(d)(1)(E)(iii) of the 1940 Act, so as to permit Xxxxx Fargo or any transferee satisfying the requirements set forth in Section 2.1 to rely on the provisions of Section 12(d)(1)(E)(iii) of the 1940 Act.
Future Agreements. The Fund shall promptly, at the request of Banc of America, enter into an agreement, on terms mutually satisfactory to the Fund and Banc of America, of the type specified in Section 12(d)(1)(E)(iii) of the 1940 Act, so as to permit Banc of America or any transferee satisfying the requirements set forth in Section 2.1 to rely on the provisions of Section 12(d)(1)(E)(iii) of the 1940 Act.
Future Agreements. Unless advised in a legal opinion of nationally recognized counsel that entry into such an agreement would violate Applicable Law or the fiduciary duties of the Board of Directors, the Fund shall promptly enter into an agreement, complying with Applicable Law, of the type specified in Section 12(d)(1)(E)(iii) of the 1940 Act as agreed to by the Fund and the tender option bond trust in their commercially reasonable discretion upon any transfer of the VMTP Preferred Shares to a tender option bond trust.
Future Agreements. Nothing in this Agreement shall obligate either Party to enter into any further Agreements.
Future Agreements. In the event Seller enters into any material ----------------- agreement between the date of this Agreement and the Closing that relates primarily to the Business, at the request of Buyer, Seller agrees to include any such agreement within the Contracts.
Future Agreements. Negotiations for renewal or revision of this Agreement for 2021 2022 shall begin no later than July 1, 2020 2021. This Agreement may be modified by mutual written consent by both parties.
Future Agreements. This MOU does not restrict any future agreements between the Parties with respect to the subject matter stated herein or any other subject matter.
Future Agreements. The Parties may choose to enter other agreements that support the reform programme. These agreements will be expected to set out the terms on which the Council will partner with other councils to deliver on the reform objectives and core design features, and will include key reform milestones and detailed plans for transition to and establishment of new three waters service delivery entities.
