Notice of Invention. The Executive agrees to promptly and fully inform the Company of all Work Product, whether or not patentable, throughout the course of his involvement, in any capacity, with the Company and from which there is a reasonable basis to believe that Intellectual Property may be derived therefrom, whether or not developed before or after execution of this Agreement. On his ceasing to be employed by the Company for any reason whatsoever, the Executive will immediately deliver up to the Company all Work Product.
Notice of Invention. You agree to promptly and fully inform Aspreva of all your Work Product, whether or not patentable, throughout the course of your involvement, in any capacity, with Aspreva, whether or not developed before or after your execution of this Agreement. On your ceasing to be employed by Aspreva for any reason whatsoever, you will immediately deliver up to Aspreva all of your Work Product. You further agree that all of your Work Product shall at all times be the Confidential Information of Aspreva.

You further agree that all of your Work Product shall at all times be the Confidential Information of the Company.
Notice of Invention. Wistar shall promptly provide to Collaborator a written disclosure of each and every Wistar Invention and Joint Invention reasonably considered patentable. Collaborator shall promptly provide to Wistar’s Office of Business Development a written disclosure of each and every Joint Invention reasonably considered patentable. Collaborator shall advise Wistar in writing, no later than thirty (30) days after receipt or issuance of such disclosure, whether it requests Wistar to file and prosecute patent applications related to such Joint Invention and/or Wistar Invention at its sole expense. If Collaborator does not request Wistar to file and prosecute such patent applications claiming Wistar Inventions or Joint Inventions, Wistar may proceed with such preparation and prosecution at its own cost and expense, but such patent applications shall be excluded from Collaborator’s option under Section 5.3 hereof.

You agree to promptly and fully inform Aurinia of all your Work Product, whether or not patentable, throughout the course of your involvement, in any capacity, with Aurinia, whether or not developed before or after your execution of this Agreement. On your ceasing to be employed by U.S. Sub for any reason whatsoever, you will immediately deliver up to Aurinia all of your Work Product. You further agree that all of your Work Product shall at all times be the Confidential lnformation of Aurinia.
Notice of Invention. Research Institute shall promptly provide to Collaborator a written disclosure of each and every Research Institute Invention and Joint Invention reasonably considered patentable. Collaborator shall promptly provide to Research Institute’s Office of Business Development a written disclosure of each and every Joint Invention reasonably considered patentable. Collaborator shall advise Research Institute in writing, no later than thirty (30) days after receipt of such disclosure, whether it requests Research Institute to file and prosecute patent applications related to such Joint Invention and/or Research Institute Invention at its sole expense. If Collaborator does not request Research Institute to file and prosecute such patent applications, Research Institute may proceed with such preparation and prosecution at its own cost and expenses, but such patent applications shall be excluded from Collaborator’s option under Section 5.3 hereof.

The Consultant agrees to promptly and fully inform the Company of all Work Product, whether or not patentable, throughout the course of the Consultant’s involvement, in any capacity, with the Company and from which there is a reasonable basis to believe that Intellectual Property may be derived therefrom, whether or not developed before or after execution of this Agreement. On the Consultant’s ceasing to be engaged by the Company for any reason whatsoever, the Consultant will immediately deliver up to the Company all Work Product.

The Employee will promptly and fully inform the Company of all Work Product, whether or not patentable, throughout the course of their involvement, in any capacity with the Company and from which there is a reasonable basis to believe that Intellectual Property may be derived therefrom, whether or not developed before or after execution of this Agreement. On their ceasing to be employed by the Company for any reason whatsoever, the Employee will immediately deliver up to the Company all Work Product.
Notice of Invention. You agree to promptly and fully inform Stockgroup of all your Work Product, whether or not patentable, throughout the course of your involvement, in any capacity, with Stockgroup, whether or not developed before or after your execution of this Agreement. On your ceasing to be employed by Stockgroup for any reason whatsoever, you will immediately deliver up to Stockgroup all of your Work Product. You further agree that all of your Work Product shall at all times be the Confidential Information of Stockgroup.
Notice of Invention. You agree to promptly and fully inform XBiotech of all your Work Product throughout the course of your involvement in any capacity with XBiotech, whether or not developed before or after your execution of this Agreement. On your ceasing to be employed by XBiotech for any reason whatsoever, you will immediately deliver up to XBiotech all of your Work Product. You further agree that all of your Work Product will at all times be the Confidential Information of XBiotech.
