Customers. The names of your customers will remain your sole property and will not be used by us except for servicing or informational mailings and other correspondence in the normal course of business.

Executive, while employed under this Employment Agreement and thereafter during the Restricted Period, shall not, on Executive’s own behalf or on behalf of any person, firm, partnership, association, corporation or business organization, entity or enterprise, call on or solicit for the purpose of competing with ICE or its affiliates any customers of ICE or its affiliates with whom Executive had contact at any time during Executive’s employment with ICE or its affiliates, or with respect to the Restricted Period, at any time during the twenty-four (24) month period immediately preceding the beginning of the Restricted Period.
