COMPANY CAR/CAR ALLOWANCE. The Executive shall be entitled to a company car under the terms and conditions in place as of the date hereof and subject to the Executive Company Car Policy as adopted by EVERYWARE. At the expiration of the current company car lease, the Executive shall be entitled to a car allowance payment of $1,000 monthly. The car allowance payment will be subject to tax withholding and applicable deductions.

COMPANY CAR/CAR ALLOWANCE. The Manager shall be entitled to receive, upon his choice, either a company car or payment of car allowance instead. Should the Manager choose to receive a company car, the following terms shall apply: the car will be used for work purposes and reasonable private use, in Israel; the car shall be of "category 5" and all expenses related to the upkeep & maintenance of the car, including petrol, insurance, etc., will be borne by the Company; the Company will gross up in full the tax that will apply on the Manager in connection with the car; the Manager shall be obligated to pay any and all fines or other payments imposed over the car due to his violation of any applicable law including without limitation parking fines; the car shall be used in accordance with the Company's Leasing Policy; upon termination of this Agreement, for whatever reason, the Manager shall immediately return the car to the Company; the Manager hereby waives any rights to withhold or retain the car, whether the Manager had the right under law or contract or otherwise. Should the Manager choose to receive car allowance instead of company car, then the amount of such allowance will be determined by the Company and shall reflect the cost of upkeep & maintenance of a "category 5" car.

The automobile allowance shall be payable at the end of each calendar month of the Employment Period. The Company shall pay all necessary maintenance fees, insurance payments, gasoline expenses and all other expenses related to the maintenance, operation and upkeep of the automobile. Upon termination of the obligation of the Company to provide Benefits pursuant to Section 6 hereof, the Executive shall have the right and option to purchase the automobile at its then book value for financial statement purposes (if the automobile is owned by the Company) or, subject to the terms of the lease, to assume the lease for said automobile (if the automobile is leased by the Company).

COMPANY CAR/CAR ALLOWANCE. 11.1 The Company shall provide the Executive with a car appropriate to his status of a value not exceeding thirty five thousand pounds (£35,000) for his use in the performance of his duties and, subject to any restrictions or conditions from time to time imposed by the Company, the Executive and his spouse/partner may use the car for their private purposes.

The Employee may add to this value, through salary sacrifice if he so wishes. The Company will pay for business fuel and personal fuel for the trip between the Employee's home and the Company's office.
COMPANY CAR/CAR ALLOWANCE. At the discretion of the Employer, Employer shall provide Employee with either an automobile for business and incidental personal use as per Bank policy or an automobile allowance of $700.00 per month.

  • Education Allowance Provisions in existing Collective Agreements providing for educational allowances shall be continued in effect.

  • Tool Allowance The Company agrees to arrange with a Tool Supplier for the purchase of tools required in the performance of a trade for each Skilled Trades employee. The Company further agrees to pay for a tool allowance annually up to three hundred ($300.00) dollars. Employees will be allowed to carry over to the next year, any unused portion of the annual $300.00. In addition, the Company agrees to pay the cost of license renewals for Skilled Trades when required by law.

  • Travelling Allowance Where an employee is required to attend or conduct a clinic away from their base hospital, or attend to employer business away from their base hospital, the employer shall, wherever possible, pay all accommodation and travel costs (i.e. the employee shall not be required to pay for such expenses and get reimbursed at a later date). Employees shall be entitled, with prior approval, to claim any actual and reasonable expenses incurred.

  • Separation Allowance 13.01 Should it become necessary to close the plant or a portion of the plant and it is not expected that those affected will be re-employed, a separation allowance will be paid to employees subject to the following:

  • Travel time allowance All employees shall be paid an allowance (See Appendix A) for each day on which they present themselves for work. The allowance shall also be paid for rostered days off.

  • Vacation Allowance Employees in permanent positions are entitled to vacation with pay. Accrual is based upon straight time hours of working time per calendar month of service and begins on the date of appointment to a permanent position. Increased accruals begin on the first of the month following the month in which the employee qualifies. Accrual for portions of a month shall be in minimum amounts of one (1) hour calculated on the same basis as for partial month compensation pursuant to Section 5.6 - Compensation for Portion of Month of this MOU. Vacation credits may be taken in one (1) minute increments and may not be rounded. Vacation may not be taken during the first six (6) months of employment (not necessarily synonymous with probationary status) except where sick leave has been exhausted; and none shall be allowed in excess of actual accrual at the time vacation is taken.
