Effect on Other Employee Benefit Plans. The value of the Award subject to this Agreement shall not be included as compensation, earnings, salaries, or other similar terms used when calculating benefits under any employee benefit plan (other than the Plan) sponsored by the Company or any Affiliate except as such plan otherwise expressly provides. The Company expressly reserves its rights to amend, modify, or terminate any or all of the employee benefit plans of the Company or any Affiliate.
Effect on Other Employee Benefit Plans. The value of this option will not be included as compensation, earnings, salaries, or other similar terms used when calculating your benefits under any employee benefit plan sponsored by the Company or any Affiliate, except as such plan otherwise expressly provides. The value of the Restricted Stock Units granted pursuant to this Agreement shall not be included as compensation, earnings, salary or other similar terms used when calculating the Grantee’s benefits under any employee benefit plan sponsored by the Company or any subsidiary, except as such plan otherwise expressly provides. The Company expressly reserves its rights to amend, modify, or terminate any of the Company’s employee benefit plans.
Effect on Other Employee Benefit Plans. The value of the RSUs granted pursuant to this Agreement shall not be included as compensation, earnings, salaries, or other similar terms used when calculating the Participant’s benefits under any employee benefit plan sponsored by the Company or any Related Entity, except as such plan otherwise expressly provides. The Company expressly reserves its rights to amend, modify, or terminate any of the Company’s or any Related Entity’s employee benefit plans.
Effect on Other Employee Benefit Plans. The value of the mPRSUs granted pursuant to this Agreement shall not be included as compensation, earnings, salaries, or other similar terms used when calculating the Participant’s benefits under any employee benefit plan sponsored by the Company or any Related Entity, except as such plan otherwise expressly provides. The Company expressly reserves its rights to amend, modify, or terminate any of the Company’s or any Related Entity’s employee benefit plans.
Effect on Other Employee Benefit Plans. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall affect the right of the Employee to participate in or be covered by any qualified or non-qualified pension, profit-sharing, group, bonus or other supplemental compensation or fringe benefit plan constituting a part of the Employer’s existing or future compensation structure. However, any payments made under this Agreement shall not constitute compensation for purposes of determining benefits under any other plan or arrangement.

The value of the Performance Share Units granted pursuant to this Agreement and the value of Shares issued and delivered hereunder will not be included as compensation, earnings, salary or other similar terms used when calculating Participant’s benefits under any employee benefit plan sponsored by the Company (or any Subsidiary), except as such plan may otherwise expressly provide.
Effect on Other Employee Benefit Plans. In the event that you become an Employee, the value of the Award subject to this Restricted Stock Unit Agreement shall not be included as compensation, earnings, salaries, or other similar terms used when calculating the your benefits under any employee benefit plan sponsored by the Company or any Affiliate, except as such plan otherwise expressly provides. The Company expressly reserves its rights to amend, modify, or terminate any of the Company’s or any Affiliate’s employee benefit plans.

The value of the Deferred Shares granted pursuant to this Agreement shall not be included as compensation, earnings, salaries, or other similar terms used when calculating the Employee’s benefits under any employee benefit plan sponsored by the Company or any Subsidiary except as such plan otherwise expressly provides.
