Additional Employee Benefits. Executive will receive an annual grant of 208 hours of credit (or such higher number of hours as are credited to Corporation’s other senior executives) under Corporation’s Personal Time Off (PTO) program. Personal time off and vacation may be taken in accordance with Corporation’s rules, practices, and policies applicable to Corporation’s senior executive employees, as such rules, practices, and policies may be revised from time to time by the Board or the Committee. During the Term, Executive will be entitled to any other employee benefits approved by the Board or the Committee, or available to officers and other management employees generally, including any life and medical insurance plans, 401(k) and other similar plans, and health and welfare plans, each whether now existing or hereafter approved by the Board or the Committee (“Benefit Plans”). The foregoing will not be construed to require Corporation to establish any such plans or to prevent Corporation from modifying or terminating any such Benefit Plans.
Additional Employee Benefits. To the extent otherwise eligible, Employee shall be entitled to receive or participate in any additional benefits, including without limitation medical and dental insurance programs, profit sharing or pension plans, and medical reimbursement plans, which may from time to time be made available by the Company to corporate officers. The Company may change or discontinue such benefits at any time in its sole discretion.

Additional Employee Benefits. Employee shall be entitled to receive or participate in any additional benefits, including without limitation medical and dental insurance programs, qualified and non-qualified profit sharing or pension plans, disability plans, medical reimbursement plans, and life insurance programs, which may from time to time be made available by the Company to corporate officers. The Company may change or discontinue such benefits at any time in its sole discretion; provided that additional benefits provided to Employee shall be determined in the same manner as the benefits provided to other senior executive officers of the Company under such plans with respect to the same time period.
Additional Employee Benefits a. Employer shall reimburse Employee for all expenses reasonably incurred by Employee in connection with the performance of Employee's duties under this Agreement against Employee's submitted documented vouchers for such expenses.

Additional Employee Benefits. The Employee shall automatically ---------------------------- become enrolled in the Employer's medical, life insurance, disability income, profit sharing trust and 401(k) programs at such time as he becomes eligible to participate in the respective programs pursuant to the terms of the respective programs.
Additional Employee Benefits. Initially, the Employee shall receive such employee benefits that are provided generally to the Company's employees as of the date of the Purchase Agreement (collectively, the "LogiMetrics Benefits"). After the date hereof, any of the LogiMetrics Benefits may be amended, supplemented, terminated or modified from time to time by the Company, so long as the Company provides the Employee with employee benefits similar to those provided to other comparably situated Company employees.
