Company Policies. The employment relationship between the parties shall be governed by the general employment policies and practices of the Company, except that when the terms of this Agreement differ from or are in conflict with such employment policies and practices, this Agreement shall control.

Company Policies. References in this Agreement to Company policies and procedures are to those policies and procedures in effect at the Effective Date, as the Company may amend them from time to time.

During the Agreement Term, Executive shall also be subject to and shall abide by all written reasonable policies and procedures of the Company provided to him, including regarding the protection of confidential information and intellectual property and potential conflicts of interest, except to the extent that such policies and procedures conflict with the other provisions of this Agreement, in which case this Agreement shall control. Executive acknowledges that the Company may amend any such policies and guidelines from, time to time, and that Executive remains at all times bound by their most current version to the extent made known to him and reasonable in scope.
Company Policies. The Participant acknowledges and expressly agrees to all of the terms of the Company's policies in force and as may be amended or replaced from time to time which apply (as indicated by the terms of such policies) in respect of the grant of the RSUs and receipt of Ordinary Shares thereunder, including (without limitation) the Company’s Stock Ownership Policy, which may apply mandatory holding periods to the Ordinary Shares acquired by the Participant pursuant to the RSUs, and the Company’s Recoupment of Incentive Compensation Policy a/k/a Clawback Policy.
