Advertising and Publicity. No Credit Party shall issue or disseminate to the public (by advertisement, including without limitation any “tombstone” advertisement, press release or otherwise), submit for publication or otherwise cause or seek to publish any information describing the credit or other financial accommodations made available by the Lenders pursuant to this Agreement and the other Loan Documents without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent. Nothing in the foregoing shall be construed to prohibit any Credit Party from making any submission or filing which it is required to make by applicable law or pursuant to judicial process; provided, that, (i) such filing or submission shall contain only such information as is necessary to comply with applicable law or judicial process and (ii) unless specifically prohibited by applicable law or court order, the Borrower shall promptly notify the Administrative Agent of the requirement to make such submission or filing and provide the Administrative Agent with a copy thereof.
Advertising and Publicity. The Contractor shall not make use of the Authority’s name or any of the Authority’s Customers or agents or of any information obtained under the Contract for publicity purposes without the prior written consent of the Authority.
Advertising and Publicity. Each party agrees not to use the other party’s name or make any reference to the other party or any of its employees for advertising, sales promotions, or publicity purposes of any form, whether or not related to services provided hereunder, unless such advertisements or publicity materials have been previously approved in writing by the other party. However, RTI may list Client as a representative client in RTI’s annual report without obtaining prior approval.
Advertising and Publicity. With the prior consent of Borrower (which shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed), Agent, on behalf of Lenders, may issue and disseminate to the public (by advertisement or otherwise) information describing the credit accommodations made available by Lenders pursuant to this Agreement, including the name and address of Borrower, the amount and security for the credit accommodations and the general nature of Borrower's business, provided that detail regarding terms (such as interest rate) may be provided only to industry publications, such as the "LPC Gold Sheets."
Advertising and Publicity. Neither Party shall make or permit to be made any public announcement concerning the relationship between the Parties without the prior written consent of the other Party.

Unless granted prior, express, written authority by the Director, the Contractor shall not issue or sponsor any advertising or publicity that states or implies, either directly or indirectly, that CFSA endorses, recommends or prefers the Contractor’s services; shall not use CFSA logo in any fashion; or use or release information, photographs or other depictions obtained as a result of the performance of services under this contract, for publication, advertising or financial benefit.
Advertising and Publicity. Employee hereby grants the Company the royalty-free right to use and license others to use Employee's name, nickname, recorded voice, biographical material, portraits, pictures, and likenesses for advertising purposes and purposes of trade, promotion and publicity in connection with the institutions, services and products for the Company Group, Sponsors and Corporate Affiliates, such uses to be at such times, in such manner and through such media as the Company may in its sole discretion determine. Such right shall last for so long as Employee is employed by the Company and, in connection with the use or exploitation of any material in which Employee has been involved during Employee's employment, perpetually thereafter. Employee shall not authorize or release any advertising or promotional matter or publicity in any form with reference to Employee's services hereunder, or to the Company Group's programs, Sponsors or Corporate Affiliates, without the Company's prior written consent.

Neither party, nor anyone acting on such party’s behalf, shall publish, distribute or otherwise disseminate any press release, advertising or publicity matter having any reference to the other party of this Agreement, unless and until such matter has first been submitted to and approved in writing by the other party.
