Raises. Vice President may receive periodic increases in the base salary at the discretion of the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, which increased base salary shall become the base salary for purposes of this Agreement.

Raises. Except for increases and bonuses based on term of service or regular promotion of employees, any granting of a salary increase to, or authorization or payment of bonuses or material increases in other benefits payable or to become payable under any bonus, insurance or other benefit plans to, employees, officers, directors or retirees of TBG or its Subsidiary;
Raises. Should the Legislature grant a salary increase for faculty the Association and the College agree to develop the full-time faculty salary schedules as provided in the enabling legislation. The actual schedules will be prepared once all data are available including the promotions. The amount of the raise shall include the full percentage authorized by the Legislature and any additional raises(s), including optional or merit raises as approved by the Legislature or the State Board for Community and Technical Colleges (SBCTC). The raise(s) shall be applied consistent with all laws, guidelines, rules, or regulations established by the Legislature, OFM, or SBCTC. The HCEA may appoint a committee of one to three persons to monitor the calculations used to construct these schedules.

Raises. All part-time faculty teaching courses will receive a raise of 2% in the first year AND a $75 per credit hour increase in salary. • Those at the very bottom of the salary range, which is currently $582 per credit hour, will get more than $75: the minimum salary will be raised from $582 to $700 per credit hour. • Raises in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th years of the contract will be 2.5% annually.
