Consulting and Monitoring. The Administrator will consult with the Owner Trustee about performing the Issuer’s obligations under the Transaction Documents. The Administrator will monitor the Issuer’s performance and will advise the Owner Trustee when action is necessary to perform the Issuer’s obligations under the Transaction Documents and to comply with the Transaction Documents.
Consulting and Monitoring. The Collateral Agent Administrator will consult with the Administrative Agent about performing the Collateral Agent’s obligations under the Basic Documents. The Collateral Agent Administrator will monitor the Collateral Agent’s performance and will advise the Administrative Agent when action is necessary to perform the Collateral Agent’s obligations under the Basic Documents and to comply with the Basic Documents.
