Appeals. Disciplinary actions within the meaning of this article, excluding oral reprimands, imposed upon an employee who has completed the initial probationary period, may be appealed through the grievance procedure outlined elsewhere in this Agreement. Grievances filed concerning suspensions, demotions and/or discharges may be initiated at Step 2 of such procedure. Such matters shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of the grievance procedure; and, if necessary, through the arbitration procedure.

Appeals. Within thirty (30) days of a final award by the arbitrator, any party may appeal the award for reconsideration by a three-arbitrator panel selected according to the rules of the arbitrator administrator. In the event of such an appeal, any opposing party may cross-appeal within thirty (30) days after notice of the appeal. The panel will reconsider de novo all aspects of the initial award that are appealed. Costs and conduct of any appeal will be governed by this Arbitration Provision and the administrator's rules, in the same way as the initial arbitration proceeding. Any award by the individual arbitrator that is not subject to appeal, and any panel award on appeal, will be final and binding, except for any appeal right under the FAA, and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Appeals. If the forum selected in accordance with Section 8.4 hereof is not a court, then after the final decision of such forum is rendered, the Company or the Indemnitee shall have the right to apply to a court of Nevada, the court in which the proceeding giving rise to the Indemnitee’s claim for indemnification is or was pending, or any other court of competent jurisdiction, for the purpose of appealing the decision of such forum, provided that such right is executed within sixty (60) days after the final decision of such forum is rendered. If the forum selected in accordance with Section 8.4 hereof is a court, then the rights of the Company or the Indemnitee to appeal any decision of such court shall be governed by the applicable laws and rules governing appeals of the decision of such court.
Appeals. Each STUDENT, XXX, and POSTSECONDARY INSTITUTION has the right to appeal decisions concerning the dual credit program. The LEA and POSTSECONDARY INSTITUTION shall have a student appeals process pertaining to student enrollment in dual credit programs. LEA and POSTSECONDARY INSTITUTION decisions are final. The Dual Credit Council (Council) shall administer an appeals process for LEA and POSTSECONDARY INSTITUTION representatives to address issues outside the scope of the Agreement, including the determination of alignment of course content to determine the appropriate credit ratio. The Council is an advisory group consisting of NMHED and PED staff that issues recommendations to the cabinet secretaries. The cabinet secretaries shall act jointly upon Council recommendations; their joint decisions shall be final.
Appeals a) Subject to “Appeal not to lie in certain cases” below, if any bidder or prospective bidder is aggrieved that any decision, action or omission of the procuring entity is in contravention to the provisions of the Act or the rules or guidelines issued thereunder, he may file an appeal to such officer of the procuring entity, as may be designated by it for the purpose, within a period of 10 days from the date of such decision or action, omission, as the case may be, clearly giving the specific ground or grounds on which he feels aggrieved:

Appeals. 7.10 A decision of the inquiry panel arising from this Agreement may be appealed to a specially convened Senators Council which shall be called together for this purpose by the Executive Council. The Senators Council shall consist of at least three Métis Senators.

Appeals. Employees shall have thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the posting or from return to work from a leave of absence of more than fourteen (14) calendar days to notify the Appointing Authority of any disagreements over the Seniority Roster. Appeals are limited to changes since the previous posting. The Appointing Authority may make corrections to the Seniority Roster during the thirty (30) calendar day appeal period. After the close of the thirty (30) calendar day appeal period, the Appointing Authority shall post an addendum of any changes to the Seniority Roster. Between postings, the Local Union and the Appointing Authority may agree in writing to changes after the appeal period. Such changes shall be incorporated in the next Seniority Roster and be so identified.
