CONFIRMATION AND ACCEPTANCE. Once you submit your Membership Application and Membership Fee, Central Coast Mariners shall consider your Membership Application. If your Membership Application is accepted Central Coast Mariners will send you an email confirming your Membership. Members are required to provide a valid email address in their Membership Application to receive confirmation (or otherwise) of the acceptance of their Membership Application and other notices or communications we send you. Members who purchase a membership after the commencement of the Central Coast Mariners Season will receive their membership card and membership pack as soon as is possible. Until they receive their card, they will be sent a digital membership to allow them access to Member benefits set out in clause 5. All memberships receive a membership pack containing a lanyard and bumper sticker with their card in the post. Members will also have another membership item (hat or scarf) to be collected at one of the first 5 Central Coast Mariners Home Matches. Foundation Members shall receive their hat or scarf in the post with the rest of their membership pack. The member will need to provide their membership card as proof to receive their final item. If a full season membership is purchased after the first 5 home matches have been played, they can pick up their final item at Central Coast Mariners HQ at Tuggerah. Central Coast Mariners reserve the right to introduce a digital membership card in the future to replace a printed membership card if required. Communication will be sent out to the member if this occurs.
CONFIRMATION AND ACCEPTANCE. These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be deemed an integral part of the Purchase Order and, unless there is a separate written Agreement between Buyer and Xxxxxxxx with respect to the transaction set forth in the Purchase Order, these Terms and Conditions and the Purchase Order constitute the Agreement. Each order or acceptance of a quotation for Products by the Buyer from Xxxxxxxx shall be deemed to be an offer by the Buyer to buy Products subject to these Terms and Conditions. No order placed by the Buyer shall be deemed to be accepted by Xxxxxxxx until a written acknowledgement of order is issued by Xxxxxxxx or (if earlier) Xxxxxxxx delivers the Products to the Buyer. These Terms and Conditions shall be deemed accepted by Buyer and Xxxxxxxx upon acknowledgement thereof or commencement of performance. No modification or waiver of these Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless set forth in a writing signed by Buyer and Xxxxxxxx. No terms or conditions endorsed on, delivered with or contained in the Buyer’s purchase order, confirmation of order, specification or other document shall form part of the agreement between the Buyer and Xxxxxxxx. The Buyer acknowledges that it has not relied on any statement, promise or representation made or given on behalf of Xxxxxxxx which is not set out in the Agreement.
