Chief Financial Officer. The Chief Financial Officer shall, under the direction of the Member, Board of Managers and Chief Executive Officer, perform all duties incident to the office of Chief Financial Officer and shall have such powers and discharge such duties as may be assigned to him or her, from time to time, by the Chief Executive Officer, Board of Managers or the Member.

Chief Financial Officer. The chief financial officer shall keep and maintain, or cause to be kept and maintained, adequate and correct books and records of accounts of the properties and business transactions of the Company, including accounts of its assets, liabilities, receipts, disbursements, gains, losses and capital. The chief financial officer shall have the custody of the funds and securities of the Company, and shall keep full and accurate accounts of receipts and disbursements in books belonging to the Company, and shall deposit all moneys and other valuable effects in the name and to the credit of the Company in such depositories as may be designated by the Company Board. The chief financial officer shall have such other powers and perform such other duties as may from time to time be prescribed by the chief executive officer, the president or the Company Board.
Chief Financial Officer. The Chief Financial Officer of the Trust shall have general charge of the finances of the Trust.
