Payment of Annual Bonus. The provision requiring payment of an annual bonus to the Executive is hereby amended such that the last sentence of section 4(b)(ii) of the Agreement is amended to read as follows: Each such Annual Bonus shall be paid within 2 1/2 months after the end of the applicable Plan Year as defined in the applicable plan unless the Executive has properly and timely elected to defer the receipt of such Annual Bonus pursuant to the terms of the Company’s applicable deferred compensation plans in effect at that time.

Payment of Annual Bonus. Executive’s Annual Bonus for each fiscal year shall be determined as soon as practicable following the end of each fiscal year, but in no event later than sixty (60) days following the end of each fiscal year. Any Annual Bonus due to Executive shall be paid promptly upon its final determination. TCPW shall cause and arrange to provide Executive with an annual statement showing the manner in which the Annual Bonus was calculated.
Payment of Annual Bonus. The Annual Bonus shall be paid in cash between January 1 and March 15 following the end of the Performance Period. All determinations with respect to the Annual Bonus, including the amount, if any, which is payable to the Executive for each Performance Period, shall be made by the Compensation Committee, in good faith. Any such determinations shall be final and binding on the Executive and MFA.”
Payment of Annual Bonus. Effective immediately upon a Change of Control, the Covered Person’s annual cash bonus for the year in which the Change of Control occurs shall be fixed at the Covered Person’s target bonus level as in effect immediately prior to the Change of Control and the Covered Person shall be paid a pro-rated portion of such bonus, as of the date of the Change of Control, based on the number of calendar days in the fiscal year to which the bonus relates which have elapsed prior to the date of the Change of Control. Any payment to which the Covered Person is entitled pursuant to this section shall be paid in a lump sum within thirty (30) days of the event requiring such payment.
Payment of Annual Bonus. The Executive will be entitled to receive 100% of her target bonus for 2020 under the Bonus Agreement, which is equal to an amount of $166,000. Such amount shall be paid in 2021 when 2020 bonuses are paid to other participants in the annual bonus program of the Company but in no event shall such payment occur later than April 30, 2021.
Payment of Annual Bonus. Within 2-1/2 months after the end of the Performance Year, the Company shall pay to Grantee the annual bonus amount due, as determined under Section 1(a), subject to applicable tax withholding.

  • Annual Bonus In addition to Annual Base Salary, Executive shall be awarded, for each fiscal year ending during the Employment Period, an annual bonus (the “Annual Bonus”) in cash at least equal to Executive’s highest annual bonus for the last three full fiscal years prior to the Effective Date (annualized in the event that Executive was not employed by the Company for the whole of such fiscal year). Each such Annual Bonus shall be paid no later than the end of the third month of the fiscal year next following the fiscal year for which the Annual Bonus is awarded, unless Executive shall elect to defer the receipt of such Annual Bonus.

  • Annual Bonus Compensation In addition to your Salary, during the Employment Term you shall be eligible to earn an annual bonus for each whole or partial calendar year during the Employment Term, determined and payable as follows (the “Bonus”):

  • Cash Bonus Executive shall be entitled to a fraction of any Cash Bonus for the fiscal year of the Company within which Executive’s termination of employment occurs which, based upon the criteria established for such Cash Bonus, would have been payable to Executive had he remained employed through the date of payment, the numerator of which is the number of days of such fiscal year prior to his termination of employment and the denominator of which is three hundred and sixty-five (365);

  • Annual Incentive Payment The Executive shall participate in the Company's Management Incentive Plan (or such alternative, successor, or replacement plan or program in which the Company's principal operating executives, other than the Chief Executive Officer, generally participate) and shall have a targeted incentive thereunder of not less than $240,000 per year; provided, however, that the Executive's actual incentive payment for any year shall be measured by the Company's performance against goals established for that year and that such performance may produce an incentive payment ranging from none to 200% of the targeted amount. The Executive's incentive payment for any year will be appropriately pro-rated to reflect a partial year of employment.

  • Performance Bonus The Executive shall be eligible to receive an annual performance bonus, payable within sixty (60) days after the end of the fiscal year of the Employer, in an amount not to exceed twenty-five percent (25%) of the Executive's Base Salary for the applicable year. The amount, if any, shall be determined by the Board, or the appropriate committee thereof, and shall generally be based on a combination of organization-wide and individual performance criteria.

  • Bonus Payment Executive will receive a lump-sum payment equal to one hundred fifty percent (150%) of the higher of (A) the greater of (x) Executive’s target bonus for the fiscal year in which the Change of Control occurs (as in effect immediately prior to the Change of Control) or (y) Executive’s target bonus as in effect for the fiscal year in which Executive’s termination of employment occurs, or (B) Executive’s actual bonus for performance during the calendar year prior to the calendar year during which the termination of employment occurs. For avoidance of doubt, the amount paid to Executive pursuant to this Section 3(b)(iii) will not be prorated based on the actual amount of time Executive is employed by the Company during the fiscal year (or the relevant performance period if something different than a fiscal year) during which the termination occurs.

  • Annual Cash Bonus During the Term, Executive may be eligible to receive an annual cash bonus, on terms and conditions as determined by the Committee in its sole discretion taking into account Company and individual performance objectives.

  • Bonus Compensation The Executive shall not receive any bonus payment whatsoever pursuant to Section 3.02 or the Bonus Plan except such bonus which is already earned and due to be paid up to and including the Termination Date, notwithstanding any period following the Termination Date during which the Executive may receive any payments or benefits under the terms of the Agreement.

  • Cash Incentive Bonus The pro rata share of any Cash Incentive Bonus that would have been paid to the Executive had the Executive not been terminated Without Cause based on the extent to which performance standards are met on the last day of the year in which the Executive is terminated Without Cause.
