Access to Operations. Within forty-five (45) Business Days prior to the Effective Day, Seller shall afford to Company and its authorized agents and representatives, access, during normal business hours, to the operations, books, and other information relating to Seller for the sole purpose of assuring an orderly transition of operations, including any data processing conversion, in the Merger. Company shall give reasonable notice for access to Seller, and the date and time of such access will then be mutually agreed to by Company and Seller. Company’s access shall be conducted in a manner which does not unreasonably interfere with Seller’s normal operations, customers and employee relations and which does not interfere with the ability of Seller to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
Access to Operations. Lakes, through the Project's general manager, shall provide immediate access by appropriate officials of the Gaming Commission and Pawnee's designated representative to the gaming operation, including all books and records in addition to those listed in the access requirements set forth in Sections 2.6 and 2.7 herein.
Access to Operations. During the currency of the Option, the Optionor may, at its own risk and expense, and at reasonable times agreed to by the Optionee, enter on the Property and examine the Optionee's operations thereon, always provided that the Optionor will not, in the opinion of the Optionee, interfere with same.
Access to Operations. Between the date hereof and the Closing Date, Seller will permit Purchaser and its authorized representatives to inspect the Assets during normal business hours as Purchaser may reasonably request.

Manager shall not take any action to block or hinder immediate access by the Enterprise’s designated representative to (i) the gaming operation, including gaming machine and table software, for inspection and generation of reports on payouts and operations, (ii) reports of all gaming machine and gaming table software’s compliance with the Gaming Laws, and (iii) all books and records relating to the gaming operation.
Access to Operations. Not later than one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the Effective Time, FENB shall afford to CUNB and CUB and their authorized agents and representatives, access, during normal business hours, to the operations, books, and other information relating to FENB as may be reasonably requested by CUNB or CUB for the sole purpose of assuring an orderly transition of operations, including the data processing conversion, in the Merger. CUNB and CUB shall give reasonable notice for access to FENB, and the date and time of such access will then be mutually agreed to by CUNB, CUB and FENB. CUNB and CUB’s access shall be conducted in a manner which does not unreasonably interfere with FENB’s normal operations, customers and employee relations and which does not interfere with the ability of FENB to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
Access to Operations. Subject to compliance with applicable Law and the direction of DICJ, Operator shall provide immediate access to MSC’s designated representative(s) to all areas of and assets of the Casino.
Access to Operations. Not later than ninety (90) days prior to the Effective Time, PC Bancorp and PCB shall afford to CU Bancorp and CUB and their authorized agents and representatives, access, during normal business hours, to the operations, books, and other information relating to PC Bancorp and PCB for the sole purpose of assuring an orderly transition of operations, including the data processing conversion, in the Merger. CU Bancorp and CUB shall give reasonable notice for access to PC Bancorp and PCB, and the date and time of such access will then be mutually agreed to by CU Bancorp, CUB, PC Bancorp and PCB. CU Bancorp and CUB’s access shall be conducted in a manner which does not unreasonably interfere with PC Bancorp’s and PCB’s normal operations, customers and employee relations and which does not interfere with the ability of PC Bancorp and PCB to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Within sixty (60) days prior to the Effective Time, CU Bancorp and CUB shall afford to PC Bancorp and PCB and their authorized agents and representatives, access, during normal business hours, to the operations, books, and other information relating to CU Bancorp and CUB for the sole purpose of assuring an orderly transition of operations in the Merger. PC Bancorp and PCB shall give reasonable notice for access to CU Bancorp and CUB, and the date and time of such access will then be mutually agreed to by PC Bancorp, PCB, CU Bancorp and CUB. PC Bancorp and PCB’s access shall be conducted in a manner which does not unreasonably interfere with CUB’s normal operations, customers and employee relations and which does not interfere with the ability of CU Bancorp and CUB to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
