Fee Agreement. (a) The Term of this Agreement is as set out in 1.8 above.
Fee Agreement. The fees, costs and expenses payable to the Bond Trustee (and/or the Security Agent) shall be paid by the Issuer and are set out in a separate agreement between the Issuer and the Bond Trustee (and/or the Security Agent).
Fee Agreement. 1. Physician agrees to provide the following medical or cosmetic services to Patient (the Services): Medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology (care of skin--mucosa, hair and/or nails).
Fee Agreement. I/We understand that my/our counselling fee will be per session. Payments will be made at each session. Alternatively, I will be sent an invoice to be paid within 2 weeks. If my/our financial situation changes, my/our fee can be reviewed with my/our counsellor. If I/We register for a group, the fee will be determined at the time of registration.
Fee Agreement. The Escrow Agent shall be entitled to compensation for its services as stated in the fee schedule attached hereto as Exhibit D , which compensation shall be paid separately by the Company. The fee agreed upon for the services rendered hereunder is intended as full compensation for the Escrow Agent’s services as contemplated by this Escrow Agreement; provided, however, that in the event that the conditions for the disbursement of funds under this Escrow Agreement are not fulfilled, or the Escrow Agent renders any material service not contemplated in this Escrow Agreement, or there is any assignment of interest in the subject matter of this Escrow Agreement, or any material modification hereof, or if any material controversy arises hereunder, or the Escrow Agent is made a party to any litigation relating to this Escrow Agreement, or the subject matter hereof, then the Escrow Agent shall be reasonably compensated for such extraordinary services and reimbursed for all costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees and expenses, occasioned by any delay, controversy, litigation or event, and the same shall be paid by the Company. The Company’s obligations under this Section 6 shall survive the resignation or removal of the Escrow Agent and the assignment or termination of this Escrow Agreement.
Fee Agreement. The Fee Agreement provides for the compensation of the Trustee hereunder for its services as such, and the Trustee will not look to the holders of the Notes for any payment for such services, provided, that this Section 817 shall not alter the provisions of Section 502(b)(i) or the lien provided in Section 806(a).
Fee Agreement. Event Host agrees to pay Xxxxxx the fees itemized in the attached Fee Summary for the use of the premises on the agreed-upon date(s).
Fee Agreement. At the Closing Date, the Adviser shall deliver to the Underwriter the Structuring Fee Agreement, executed by the Adviser and dated as of the Closing Date, together with reproduced copies of such agreement executed by the Adviser.
Fee Agreement. The Fee Agreement referenced in Section 1.7.1 hereof.
Fee Agreement. The Company and the Existing Investors shall have executed and delivered the Fee Agreement and the Fee Agreement shall be in full force and effect.
