Cancellation of Surrendered Special Warrants. All Special Warrant Certificates surrendered to the Trustee in accordance with the provisions of this Special Warrant Agreement will be cancelled by the Trustee and upon request therefor of the Company, the Trustee will furnish the Company with written confirmation of the Special Warrant Certificates so cancelled and the number of Securities which have been acquired pursuant to each.
Cancellation of Surrendered Special Warrants. All Special Warrants Certificates surrendered pursuant to Section 2.5, 2.7, 2.8 and 2.10 and Article 5 shall be cancelled by the Special Warrant Agent and upon such circumstances all such Uncertificated Special Warrants shall be deemed cancelled and so noted on the register by the Special Warrant Agent.
Cancellation of Surrendered Special Warrants. All Special Warrant Certificates surrendered will be returned to the Special Warrant Agent for cancellation and, after the expiry of any period of retention prescribed by Applicable Legislation, and in accordance with the Special Warrant Agent’s ordinary business practice, destroyed by the Special Warrant Agent. Upon the request of the Company, the Special Warrant Agent will furnish to the Company a destruction certificate identifying the Special Warrant Certificates so destroyed and the number of Special Warrants, evidenced thereby, the number of Units issued pursuant to such Special Warrants and the details of any Special Warrant Certificates issued in substitution or exchange for such Special Warrant Certificates destroyed.
Cancellation of Surrendered Special Warrants. All Special Warrant Certificates surrendered to the Special Warrant Agent in accordance with the provisions of this Indenture will be cancelled by the Special Warrant Agent and upon the exercise or deemed exercise of all Uncertificated Special Warrants such Uncertificated Special Warrants shall be deemed cancelled and so noted on the register by the Special Warrant Agent. If requested in writing by the Company, the Special Warrant Agent will furnish to the Company a cancellation certificate identifying the Special Warrants so cancelled, the number of Special Warrants represented thereby and the number of Units, if any, issued pursuant to the exercise of such Special Warrants.

All Special Warrants Certificates surrendered pursuant to Article 4 shall be cancelled by the Special Warrant Agent and upon such circumstances all such Uncertificated Warrants shall be deemed cancelled and so noted on the register by the Special Warrant Agent.

All Warrant Certificates surrendered to the Warrant Agency pursuant to sections 2.7, 2.8, 2.10, 3.2 or 5.1 shall be returned to the Trustee for cancellation and, after the expiry of any period of retention prescribed by law, destroyed by the Trustee. Upon request by the Corporation, the Trustee shall furnish to the Corporation a destruction certificate identifying the Warrant Certificates so destroyed and the number of Special Warrants evidenced thereby.

Cancellation of Surrendered Special Warrants. All Warrant Certificates surrendered pursuant to Sections 2.8, 2.9, 2.10, 3.1, 3.3, 3.6 or 6.1 shall be returned to the Trustee for cancellation, shall be cancelled by the Trustee and, after the expiry of any period of retention prescribed by law, shall be destroyed by the Trustee or delivered to the Corporation if it so requests. Upon request by the Corporation, the Trustee shall furnish to the Corporation a destruction certificate identifying the Warrant Certificates so destroyed, the number of Special Warrants evidenced thereby, the number of Common Shares and Purchase Warrants issued pursuant to such Special Warrants and the details of any Warrant Certificates issued in substitution or exchange for such Warrant Certificates destroyed.
Cancellation of Surrendered Special Warrants. All Special Warrant Certificates surrendered to the Corporation pursuant to sections 2.3 or 4.1 will be cancelled by the Corporation.
Cancellation of Surrendered Special Warrants. All Special Warrant Certificates surrendered to the Trustee pursuant to sections 2.11, 3.1, 3.2, 4.1 or 4.2 will be cancelled by the Trustee and, if requested by AltaRex in writing, the Trustee will furnish AltaRex with a cancellation certificate identifying each Special Warrant Certificate so cancelled, the number of Special Warrants evidenced thereby and the number of Common Shares issued pursuant to such Special Warrants.
