Copies of the Offering Memorandum. The Company agrees to furnish the Initial Purchasers, without charge, as many copies of the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Final Offering Memorandum and any amendments and supplements thereto as they shall reasonably request.
Copies of the Offering Memorandum. The Issuers agree to furnish the Initial Purchasers, without charge, as many copies of the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Final Offering Memorandum and any amendments and supplements thereto as they shall reasonably request.
Copies of the Offering Memorandum. The Company has delivered to each Initial Purchaser, without charge, as many copies of the Preliminary Offering Memorandum (as amended or supplemented) and documents incorporated by reference therein as such Initial Purchaser reasonably requested, and the Company hereby consents to the use of such copies. The Company will furnish to each Initial Purchaser, without charge, such number of copies of the Final Offering Memorandum (as amended or supplemented) and documents incorporated by reference therein as such Initial Purchaser may reasonably request.
Copies of the Offering Memorandum. The Company Parties will furnish to the Initial Purchasers, without charge, within one business day of the date of the Offering Memorandum, such number of copies of the Offering Memorandum as may then be amended or supplemented as they may reasonably request.
Copies of the Offering Memorandum. The Partnership Parties agree to furnish the Initial Purchasers, without charge, as many copies of the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Final Offering Memorandum and any amendments and supplements thereto as they shall reasonably request.
Copies of the Offering Memorandum. The BreitBurn Parties will furnish to the Initial Purchasers, without charge, promptly after the date of the Offering, such number of copies of the Offering Memorandum as may then be amended or supplemented as the Representatives may reasonably request.

Acquisition agrees to furnish the Initial Purchasers, without charge, as many copies of the Offering Memorandum and any amendments and supplements thereto as they shall have reasonably requested prior to or at the time of the original printing of the Offering Memorandum or any amendment or supplement thereto.

At any time prior to the Closing Date, the Issuer agrees to furnish the Initial Purchasers, without charge, as many copies of the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Final Offering Memorandum and any amend- ments and supplements thereto as they shall reasonably request. Copies of the Offering Memorandum. The Company shall furnish to the Initial Purchasers copies of the Pricing Disclosure Package as the Initial Purchasers may reasonably request and the Company shall also furnish, prior to 10:00 a.m. New York City time on the second business day following the date of this Agreement and during the period referred to in paragraph (b) above, to the Initial Purchasers with written and electronic copies of the Final Offering Memorandum and each amendment or supplement thereto, including amendments to the financial statements contained therein, in such quantities as the Initial Purchasers may reasonably request.
Copies of the Offering Memorandum. Each of Mergersub and the Company agrees to furnish the Initial Purchasers, without charge, as many copies of the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Final Offering Memorandum and any amendments and supplements thereto as they shall have reasonably requested.
