Prior Agreements. This Agreement supersedes and terminates, as of the date hereof, all prior Agreements between the Fund on behalf of each of the Portfolios and the Custodian relating to the custody of the Fund's assets.
Prior Agreements. This Agreement constitutes the complete agreement of the parties as to the subject matter covered by this Agreement, and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings and agreements bearing upon the subject matter covered by this Agreement.

This Agreement and the other Loan Documents contain the entire agreement of the parties hereto and thereto in respect of the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby, and all prior agreements among or between such parties, whether oral or written, between Borrower and Lender are superseded by the terms of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
Prior Agreements. This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements and understandings (including verbal agreements) between Executive and the Company and/or its affiliates regarding the terms and conditions of Executive’s employment with the Company and/or its affiliates.

Prior Agreements. This Lease contains all of the agreements of the parties hereto with respect to any matter covered or mentioned in this Lease, and no prior agreements or understanding pertaining to any such matters shall be effective for any purpose. No provision of this Lease may be amended or added to except by an agreement in writing signed by the parties hereto or their respective successors in interest. This Lease shall not be effective or binding on any party until fully executed by both parties hereto.
Prior Agreements. I hereby represent that, except as I have fully disclosed previously in writing to the Company, I am not bound by the terms of any agreement with any previous employer or other party to refrain from using or disclosing any trade secret or confidential or proprietary information in the course of my employment with the Company or to refrain from competing, directly or indirectly, with the business of such previous employer or any other party. I further represent that my performance of all the terms of this Agreement as an employee of the Company does not and will not breach any agreement to keep in confidence proprietary information, knowledge or data acquired by me in confidence or in trust prior to my employment with the Company. I will not disclose to the Company or induce the Company to use any confidential or proprietary information or material belonging to any previous employer or others.
Prior Agreements. Without derogating the rights established thereunder prior to the date of this Agreement, this Agreement supersedes and terminates, as of the date hereof, all prior agreements between the Fund and the Custodian relating to the custody of Fund assets.
Prior Agreements. The parties acknowledge and agree that all prior agreements for the Services are terminated.
Prior Agreements. This Agreement supersedes any prior agreements and understandings between Washington Mutual Mortgage and the Company governing the subject matter hereof; provided, however, the Company shall not be released from any responsibility or liability that may have arisen under such agreements and understanding.
