Legal Construction. If one or more of the provisions contained in this Agreement shall for any reason be held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other provisions and this Agreement shall be construed as if it did not contain the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision.

In the event that any one or more of the terms, provisions, or agreements that are contained in this Agreement shall be held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect for any reason, the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable term, provision, or agreement shall not affect any other term, provision, or agreement that is contained in this Agreement and this Agreement shall be construed in all respects as if the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable term, provision, or agreement had never been contained herein.

If any one or more of the provisions contained in this Lease shall for any reason be held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision thereof and this Lease shall be constructed as if such invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision had never been contained therein.
Legal Construction. In the event any one or more of the provisions contained in this Agreement shall, for any reason, be held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect other provisions of this Agreement, and it is the intention of the Parties to this Agreement that, in lieu of each provision that is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, a provision be added to this Agreement which is legal, valid and enforceable and is as similar in terms as possible to the provision found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable. Each of the Parties has been represented by counsel of their choosing in the negotiation and preparation of this Agreement. Regardless of which Party prepared the initial draft of this Agreement, this Agreement shall, in the event of any dispute, whatever its meaning or application, be interpreted fairly and reasonably and neither more strongly for or against any Party.
Legal Construction. If any provision in this Agreement is for any reason found to be unenforceable, to the extent the unenforceability does not destroy the basis of the bargain among the Parties, the unenforceability will not affect any other provision hereof, and this Agreement will be construed as if the unenforceable provision had never been a part of the Agreement. Whenever context requires, the singular will include the plural and neuter include the masculine or feminine gender, and vice versa. Headings in this Agreement are for reference only and are not intended to restrict or define the text of any section. This Agreement will not be construed more or less favorably between the Parties by reason of authorship or origin of language.
Legal Construction. In all respects, including, without limitation, matters of construction and performance of this Agreement and the obligations arising hereunder, this Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the internal laws of the State of New York applicable to agreements intended to be wholly performed within the State of New York.
Legal Construction. In case any one or more of the provisions contained in this Agreement shall be invalid or unenforceable in any respect, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions contained herein shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby and the parties will attempt to agree upon a valid and enforceable provision which shall be a reasonable substitute for such invalid and unenforceable provision in light of the tenor of this Agreement, and, upon so agreeing, shall incorporate such substitute provision in this Agreement.
Legal Construction. 13.4 In case any one or more of the provisions contained in this Lease shall for any reason be held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other provisions of the Lease, and this Lease shall be construed as if the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision had never been included in the Lease.
